False advertisement. They have signs above one of their windows and on one of their doors advertising CPAP/BYPAP Supplies but when I asked the fella at the counter for a filter, he told they did it have any. I went back to my truck and saw the signs and went back in and asked where the supplies were so I could just see for myself and was informed the don’t actually sell CPAP/BYPAP supplies and that he doesn’t know why they have signs for the supplies. Real helpful

I had a great experience at Oak Ridge while searching for a Rollator for my Grandma. They have a huge selection to choose from, and I found the perfect fit for her in the Vive Model S in Red. They also had a Blue option, but I knew the Red one would be her preference.

I want to give a shout-out to Danny and his staff for their excellent service. They were really helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the various options with patience and understanding. I felt valued as a customer, and their assistance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

If you're in need of a Rollator or any mobility aid, I recommend checking out Oak Ridge. They have a great variety of products, and their staff is top-notch. Thank you, Oak Ridge, for making this experience a positive one!

While I was hoping to get my prescription filled on a Saturday afternoon, unfortunately they are not that type of pharmacy. They do more medical supplies type stuff. However, if you are looking for a quick ADORABLE gift for a male,female,baby,wedding,animals etc...THIS IS THE PLACE!!! WOW...this place is huge and has TONS AND TONS of fun and really nice items. They also have an ice cream bar like the old pharmacies. Great customer service. I will be back!!

Not sure who's fault this is (Oak Ridge Medical, Insurance or Woman's & Children's ER), but my son was given a nebulizer after an ER visit last November (2019). Apparently, the insurance company didn't buy the nebulizer, but "rented" it (we weren't informed of this till later). They covered Nov & Dec (bc we met our out of pocket), but I started to get a bill each month in 2020. Called Oak Ridge and was informed that it's a rental. I asked if I could return it and they said that returning a nebulizer is against company policy. So if you can't return it, why is it classified as a rental. End result is that I am forced to buy out or continue to pay this rental for 13 months.

No matter who is at fault, the end result is that all parties involved point the finger at someone else and I am stuck with the bill that was essentially forced on me. At the very least, either Oak Ridge, the ER or insurance needs to be more upfront with how this works.
