I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea and was referred to O2 Solutions by my physician. Gail is super. I went in to the office to pick up my CPAP and Gail was completely thorough with the instructions on how to put the machine together, how it worked, how to fit it to my face and how to use it comfortably. I have been using it for 4 nights and it has made a big difference. I have gone from 20 events per hour to 7.5 per hour. The machine is so quiet and my husband is pleased my snoring has ceased. O2 Solutions is great.

Wife had radiation for 20 days then a heavy fall ended in hospital for four days after hospital went to primary care doctor and Thursday morning a walker with seat was ordered by doctor to be delivered to our home.
Arrived home from doctor visit with message on phone to call 02 solutions,
Informed we had to pay a deductible which we did and was informed as driver was out on Thursday's orders it would be delivered Friday.
Friday came and went with no chair, looked on Google 02 solutions not open Saturday or Sunday.
Called Monday was informed if chair was out on Friday delivery it would be delivered today Monday, no chair delivered on Monday, called again Tuesday morning and was informed by receptionist the driver had not come in to work yet and she could not advise on delivery as I should not have been given a delivery time as their driver would call by phone approx two hours before delivery,.
Decided to call doctors surgery and told them what was happening.
The front desk at doctors said I seem to be getting the run around and she would call 02 solutions which she did and got a completely different story than mine,
The surgery was informed the chair would be collected today Tuesday by USPS on a two/three delivery and they asked 02 solutions to advise me of tracking number.
Did not receive a tracking number. did receive chair Friday afternoon, eight days from Ocala to winter garden.
Do they have a driver a van or were those lies.

I got a CPAP machine from Gail. I was not sure what mask to get. I got the facemask instead of nose mask. I was told I could get nose mask instead since the facemask was not for me 3 months later and no mask now I got to return the machine. Thanks 02 solutions for not doing your job
