Mark came to my house for an electric chair evaluation. I was impressed with how thorough he was when trying to fit me for the perfect chair. He Took my measurements along with measurements of the doorway s To make sure there was a perfect fit. Answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable.. The personal customer service was far above what I expected. I am grateful for the kindness and dealing with such a personal thing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The technician in Chatsworth was outstanding! The wait for the brake pop arts was too long and I had to talk with Supervisor finally to get my appointment expedited, the service to get an appointments took over a month and I got different information from different people.

Horrible. Scheduling took forever. I had to drive well out of my way to go meet them to bring the product for repair. They looked at it, then it took them over a month to process and order parts. They called me to go pick it up, after I received bills for new parts they ordered. They returned the device to me semi-functioning, put together in the wrong way, no new parts, and one of the two issues I had brought y device in had not been fixed. These guys could easily be scamming customers and insurance companies. Now they say the earliest appointment to solve the problem they created is a month away. No wheelchair for another month. Stay away.
