PMCs are very rude! I had a chest pain and literally she told me “if you are expecting us to do a x ray or something that’s not gonna happen, so if that is the case go to the ER” I told her that I don’t know what I need because I don’t know the reason why I am in pain, I was expecting a Dr checking me and telling me
what to do or at least guide me. She repeat that the decision was up to me. No doctor saw me, the PMC attitude was horrible and rude. I really don’t understand. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

This has been the best experience changing my primary physician to Dr. Scott-Holman. She has been able to accommodate every time I needed to see her for an emergency visit and is always so kind. She gets pts in right away and does not make anybody wait.

I am a student. And I have the student health insurance. I have spent the past year trying to settle a $1000 lab fee for a routine blood panel. The docs are fine. But the whole facility will give you a headache

I called 3 different times and was transferred over 6 times, never being able to get to the clinic I needed. As someone who is pregnant, I would not, in a million years, recommend this facility. I couldn't imagine how helpful they would be when you actually go in labor. The NSU clinic operator told me she tried several times herself and no one would pick up, then recommended me calling back in an hour or trying again tomorrow morning. I don't and shouldn't have to spend an entire day trying to get ahold of a facility to potentially go to their facility. I had been attempting to get ahold of someone since 11:30am and it is 3:15pm.

I have a pre-existing condition that makes my blood sugar unstable, and I was running behind because my blood sugar dropped and I had to stop and grab something quick to eat before throwing up or passing out. I left with extra time to get there early even after picking up food, but there was some kind of issue on 95 and the traffic was backed up, and my gps went from “be there at 1:45” to “be there at 2:15,” so I called them to explain the scenario. I couldn’t even contact the office, I had to wait for a call back and then tell some other random person. Then they finally connected me to the office. The receptionist told me that I can’t get in to see the doctor because she only spends 15 min with each patient. I can’t even unpack my health issues in 15 minutes. I NEEDED this appointment to keep my blood sugar from being unstable in the first place, but now I surely am NOT going to be going to an office that can’t treat its patients like actual patients. Like humans. Like PEOPLE who are not perfect with HEALTH ISSUES that can get in the way. I had to take a day off work for this and miss a day of pay. I had to drive 30 minutes from Wilton manors to davie, just to be turned away. I called days ahead of time to send in my previous medical records. I did all I could to be responsible about it.

I have been a patient here for years and watched it slowly go downhill to the point where harm is actually being done to patients because of their negligence. I have had multiple instances where important prescriptions were called in wrong, or not at all, or the wrong tests ordered. But the icing on the cake was when I had to, due to very concerning errors they made during the first 2 appointments, make 3 appointments, each taking over 3 hours, just to get an immunity test so I could go to gradschool. They refused to provide the results unless I made a 4th appointment, but I could not take any more time off of work. I ended up not being able to go back to school because of this. And then I got a bill in the mail for $480. I have insurance. No one at this office cares about you, your health, doing their job, or whether you live or die. They should be shut down by the board and all the doctors that work here overseeing the students should be seriously looked into.
