BEWARE! This is a poorly run group of nurse practitioners lacking true medical training and schooling and in the business to line their pockets. They don't return calls or emails, and can seriously cause more harm than good. They are two faced, unprofessional, and took over a month just to get oxygen or home health care and I had to provide all the documents because they didn't know what to do. I was hospitalized twice in their care and they never knew. SEE SOMEONE THAT CARES ABOUT YOU, NOT THESE PEOPLE. If you value your life, you'll go somewhere else.

I can't speak for how the in-office experience is, but the home visit services are not great. Very hard to get in contact with someone that is not the call center. Very disappointing, especially since the initial calls to see patients are quick and timely, while the rest of correspondence is extremely slow, if not non-existent. Beware of utilizing for home visits.
