Several months back I was way overcharged on a ph meter (per looking it up on Amazon). When I brought it home it had had dirt all over it, it appeared used? I brought it in a few days later and spoke with who said she was the owners daughter and she explained in a very nice way the guy who sold this made a mistake and took the item back. She also kept the sales receipt (my bad on not paying attention. I thought she needed it to show her parents?) anyway, we agreed to apply it to store credit on down the rd and I left.

Today, I went in to collect on that store credit as it’s growing time again. And the daughter basically told me to take a hike. She admits to the transaction. She remembers the agreement but she says this is to long on down the road (several months, wasn’t growing then). And she would get in trouble with her parents.

Anyway, this is a small town. You expect we remember each other and a handshake (gentleman’s agreement ) means something.

Maybe the owner will step in and do the right thing? It was only a $64.00 credit but it’s a matter of how you show appreciation and trust in your customers and merchants. I will not return and I will be sure I pass on to everyone I meet how a daughter knew she was wrong and
backed out of doing the right thing.

I love the mandarin tree and the compost I purchased here. The prices were fair and the person from the back section took time to answer all of my questions. He was extremely courteous! I will always come here for my local trees, bushes, and roses. Three weeks have gone by and my mandarin tree is still very healthy.

We moved here 4 years and I found this nursery. Very good quality, prices are great they know me here. I've had a stroke 2 years ago and they always know how to explain things for me. My yard is the prettiest in town. I won't go anywhere else

What a wonderful place to visit! Big things going on, nursery renovation with new owners. Large selection of plants, trees, vegetables, roses, planting soils, as well as necessary chemicals to help gardeners get off on the right foot. This is my go to nursery. Everything I have purchased there has thrived. Great selection of plants, herbs, trees, tools, etc. You name it, they seem to have it. They are also very nice. They know their plants and what does well in our area. I bought a pair of clippers that seemed expensive but will cut through anything and are worth every penny. This month they are supposed to have a grafted cherry tree that has five different cherries and self polinates. I'm checking it out today.

Sorry, I had a bad phone experience with this nursery. Called about plants purchased. I have shopped there before and made good size purchaes. With in a day of planting they were dead. I am a very good gardener. I attempted to explain to the phone person and was told their policy was if it was alive when I bought it then go F..k yourself and I quote "DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON" What that had to do with any thing I do not know. Man was very rude would not have any kind of conversation. I will contact the BBB if the owner even cares. Have reccomended several people to shop there but no more. extremely bad customer relations esp if they want people to spend their money at their facility.
