I am not a fan of urgent cares. This experience did not make me feel like one of a bunch of cattle going through the corral. From the gal at the front desk to the medical assistant who did my intake to the doctor who actually saw me. They were all warm and personable and really made me feel like they were concerned about my health. This is especially nice when you're not feeling well and being at a medical facility is the last place you really want to be. I will totally make this my go-to place.

Clinic was uncrowded, and the 2 front desk staff were friendly and attentive, very easy to talk with. My need for a quick exam and an Xray went smoothly and took only an hour 15 min. I got assessed and ended with a referral for f/up treatment. My experience here was very positive.

I had been sick for over 2 months. My doctor had refused to see me;himself, and said I could see a nurse practitioner, according to receptionist.
IA friend of mine rec’d Nortwest Urgent Care at
Speedway m. I figured they wouldn’t do anything
since no one else had.
This place is wonderful! They took me right away. and took a detailed history, took X-rays, gave me a
breathing treatment, and spent more time with me
Than anyone else had. The staff is so nice, kind,
professional, and friendly that I trusted them.
I was there almost 3 hours, and there was no waiting.
I thought this level of care was the best I had
experienced in the past 10 years. I’m telling
everyone: NW Urgent Care iis excellent! I’m already
feeling better! And if I need help again, that’s where
I’m going! And I’m telling my friends.

I have been to this Urgent Care many times with no issues. This visit, they got me in quickly because I was the only one there. The receptionists were nice as always. However, they have two new male doctors now, and when asked, I said I didn't have a preference. I met with Dr Jesse Gabriel. They performed some tests and couldn't help me, and I understand that urgent care can only do so much, but this new doctor was rude and condescending. I asked for advice because I can't afford going to the ER and I don't have health insurance. He said, "go to the ER and pay your bill". Not compassionate or even slightly helpful at all. If I ever have to go back to this urgent care again, I will request the other provider.

My daughter went in for a very personal issue. She was seen quickly, which the only reason this wasn't a 1-star review. The first person she saw complained to her about being there. Said that she had picked up the shift to cover for someone and really didn't want to be there. Makes a patient feel super valued.

The next provider was snide and condescending about my daughter's condition. She embarrassed her, not knowing a thing about the situation or the trauma that led to it. And when she called the next day to give test results, she proceeded to further yell at and embarrass her. This whole interaction was completely unprofessional and potentially damaging to someone who's already been through enough. First do no harm, right? If you can't be kind, at least just be clinical.

Check in was easy, not a long wait either in the waiting room or the examination room. The entire staff that I dealt with was professional, courteous, and pleasant. The examining physician was professional and caring. He explained himself clearly and patiently. Both my wife and I use this office whenever the need arises for same day care.

The visit was short and to the point. Fortunately we did not have to wait long to be called into the exam room. The attending PA was direct and to the point as to what he felt was wrong. He gave me the prescription and sent us on our way in minimal time.
