Sorry to say I will not return. The physician was really nice, but there is a staff member at the front who is pretty rude. Specifically, the staff member who sits to the left, from the patients perspective.

About us: our appointment was to establish care for routine yearly physical. Honestly, we haven't established regular health checkups in our adult life, so we don't know exactly what goes on during a routine physical. We weren't sure if this first visit had actually included a routine physical exam.

After our appointment, the staff at the front did not initiate scheduling a follow up annual visit. They actually asked (only) me if the doctor mentioned something about a follow up visit, but it was confusing because I didn't know if they ment a follow up for this visit, or an annual appointment.

The staff members at the front were short with my wife, couldn't take time to explain what our visit actually was, and couldn't take time to describe what is done during an annual health checkup. There was rudeness and a temper in the interaction. They told my wife to go ask her insurance what an annual health checkup is, told her that it is like what she would have gotten in school growing up (I don't think that is clear, schools are different and that could be a long time ago). The whole thing was frustrating because there was no clear description on a simple service they provide, and this staff member was kurt in her manners, was quick to frustration with little-to-no provokation. She even ignored my wife to talk to me with a change in subject, and I was not in the conversation.

In their defense, they left a voicemail to follow up shortly after we left to tell us that this was a routine checkup, which is not what they said before we left. I guess that was an attempt to still be helpful.

Anyways, pretty frustrating communication at the front especially with the staff member I mentioned. They should be ready to talk about what is normally provided to the patient for routine annual visits. If it really is dictated by insurance, then be more prepared to explain that situation. And don't be rude. Honestly, my wife is pretty easy to chat with about these things. She was just trying to guide the conversation to an annual appointment, and encountered rudeness. Not a good look for someone to be a regular health provider.

I saw Dr. Rielly there until he left last week and completely understand why. He is an amazing doctor but this place is awful. I've been requesting labs results for over a month and still haven't received them. i was told they would be sent to my house and instead they sent an x-ray report. I've never seen such incompetency. Please do Tucson a favor and close down, fire everyone who runs this place, and do not reopen. you will end up costing someone their life.

Do not go here. They do not have a lab to run any kind of blood work. Also my referral to the lab and specialist were never sent. I had to call and schedule it myself after 3 days. This place gives scam vibes.

Great Doctor terrible office. Jane Davis is great but she is overbooked, meaning appointments must be scheduled at least a month or two in advance. Also the office has serious communication issues. Nobody ever answers the phone and they will never call you back if you leave a message.

I don’t normally post reviews negative or positive but this time I felt compelled. I’ve had no problems with the providers at the office, but there are serious issues what services the office chooses to provide their family medicine patients.

1) The office does not carry the flu vaccine (or that’s what I was told over the phone when I attempted to schedule in the fall). Health, wellness, and preventative care should be a priority in family medicine. Asking your patients to go to Walgreens for a simple service you should provide does not promote this.

2) I scheduled a visit for a PPD (a simple tuberculosis skin test), waited 45 minutes, only to be told all the vials in the clinic are expired. Again, I was told to go to Walgreens to have this done. Checking expiration dates and reordering vaccines and medications in the office should be standard.

Overall, there are issues with the way the office is run either by the managing staff or company policies. They do not provide comprehensive care. For these reasons, I will be leaving the office as a patient and potentially Northwest Allied Physicians altogether.

I was notified by Blue Cross CVS to stop taking my Rantidine and to contact my doctor's office. I have called Dr. Belokin's Assistant several times and also Stacy the Practice Manager. I did receive a call from the assistant who said she sent the doctor a text. That was last week. I have heard nothing since. It is very frustrating to have to keep calling and to get no response. I am not happy with this office and the way they treat people. I think it is time to find another office I am very sad to say.

I recently moved to Marana, this office was closest to my house. The Physician here is not taking new patients, so they suggested I have Ron Diaz FNP as my primary care provider. During my first appt on August 6, 2018 Mr. Diaz informed that he wouldn't take me on as a patient unless I agreed to see an Urologist because he didn't know how to track PSA numbers (apparently only head colds etc are in his wheelhouse.) After I stated that he had wasted my time and collected a $30 co-pay. He agreed about the $30 and agreed to have it reversed. The front staff wrote "void" in large letters over my receipt and said they would have their "manager" process the refund. A few days letter instead of a refund, they sent me another bill for $30. I went to the office, patiently explained what happened and they said they would get the new bill reversed and contact accounts payable to get me my refund for the original $30 charge. I have visited this office now six times in total (not the money at this point but the principle) still no refund. Today they said, contrary to everything said before, that their "corporate office" would now have to refund me the amount and it would take another 4-6 weeks. So, all of a sudden the manager can't authorize a $30 refund, really? Folks, go somewhere else. These people are either liars or completely incompetent....or both.

The front staff especially Kelly was the rudest person, no one should interact with her. Clients should not be afraid to speak and she the was most condiscending, supercilious, haughty acting staff member. Who reads these reviews and does nothing? There are many reviews of how poor the staff is yet nothing seems to change. Corporate needs to be made aware. Attitudes need to change.

Go up
