Let me first say I loved my doctor, Dr. Samuel. However, you never really know how a medical office will treat you till you have something serious come up. It was not Dr. Samuel but the woman who keeps tabs on their portal communications. Jennifer Lundien has been extremely rude with me on the phone. I wrote Dr. Samuel but I heard back from Jennifer that if I think I need treatment, I should just go sit in an ER somewhere! She told me I might have time to write all this "stuff" but they don't have time to read it. When scary test results arrived in my mailbox, Jennifer snapped at me that nobody would be looking at them since Dr. Samuel was gone. If this kind of disrespectful treatment is allowed with a senior, I don't have confidence at all now in this office. I found another primary this morning in the Mercy system. Somebody should set Jennifer straight before she runs more people out of this office and out of the NW Hospital system.

I made it abundantly clear to Dr. Price that the only reason for this wellness visit was to qualify for a credit toward my insurance premium, yet they billed insurance for a wellness visit & also an office visit resulting in a balance due. The explanation I was given was the doctor made a note that we discussed an issue. However, the only mention of this was when the doctor asked about the reason for my only other visit in 2020. There was no new discussion, diagnosis or follow-up with the doctor and absolutely no reason to consider this an office visit. This is why people don't trust the healthcare system and always need to question the billing. I will find a new healthcare provider.

Have been going here since 2015 or so. Have seen multiple different doctors and APRN, and honestly, all in all, I have liked everyone. I have been there when they called me back as I walked in (because I checked in online), and there are times I have waited for up to 30 minutes or so in the waiting room. The staff has always been nice. The lady at the receptionist desk greeted me by name on only my second visit and continued to do so after as long as she was there, but she has been there in a couple of years or so. Obviously, I like the place. I chose them for all my routine checkups along with urgent care needs for the past 9 years now, and I haven't regretted it. Love all of them. Even the lab staff make getting my blood drawn not so horrible!

Always, always a very relaxed and efficient atmosphere. I am thrilled that I have found Angela Craig, I absolutely love her, and trust her with my medical care.

EVERY member of the staff is amazing the moment you walk in the door.

Really had a bad experience here.. Came in for a chemical burn on my lip from the orthodontist that had just occurred. Front desk at this clinic said they’re not dentists so they wouldn’t really know. I asked aren’t they an urgent care? They responded that they do appointments. She asked if I still wanted to make an appointment after telling me my insurance wouldn’t cover the whole thing. She also went back to speak to someone and then came back out and said that they can’t give me any pain meds here. It was such a bizarre experience for me. I ended up leaving and going to Mercy. Mercy treated me and told me I had a chemical burn on my lip and that I needed steroidal medication for it.
This is probably the last time I go to a northwest location…

I've been going here to see Dr pearl samuel for some yrs now and it's all been good. Even the nurses and front desk staff.
tests that are done there always had a fast response time within a couple days I get a call about it. also goes on the website i signed up for. yeah its a little slow sometimes during walk ins but thats to be expected since everyone else has appointment time

I have been going to Northwest Medical Plaza for several years and if I can ever get my latest test results from them I am looking for a new doctor's office where the doctors care to read the test results and the staff cares to call you back. Every single time, and I mean EVERY TIME, I go in to see one of the doctors I can NEVER get a call back EVER on blood tests results, prescription refills or even referrals. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. I have had to make an appointment just to get a paper referral in my hand since I knew nobody at this office would make the referral for me. They definitely want to set you up for as many tests as your insurance will cover but you will NEVER learn the results of one single test.

ATTN: NW Medical Plaza: Please don't bother with the copy and paste response you've given everybody else who took the time to review your office. It's clear your office and staff could care less about much of anything.

Went to this walk in clinic a few weeks ago for the first time and it was okay.
The wait time was crazy. Got there around 3:30 and left almost around 5:10-5:15 or so. I was in the exam room waiting for about 50 minutes or so.
There were only 3 people in the lobby at the time.
The staff was real nice though. The APRN i saw was real nice too. She didn't try to rush through my visit or anything. 3 stars only because of the wait.
