I have been going to both Dr. Schindler and Kim Riley NP. For nearly 30 years. They have taken outstanding care of myself and my family and have provided support for us with both medical and personal health issues. They both have been there for us through several serious illnesses even calling us during off hours just to see how we are doing. We were all so fortunate to have doctors who loved us.

I've been calling for the last two weeks trying to get a prescription refilled, yet it still hasn't been done. No less than six calls, endless promises that they are working on it, yet it still is not done. Further promises of "we'll call you with your test results" also go unfulfilled. Honestly, I get better customer service and focus from fast food restaurants.

I'm going to be switching care providers this month, this is absolutely the worst medical care / service that I've ever received.

Kim Riley was the worse, she made flase statements in medical reports ,released medical records and information about patient to other people. Don't wast your time with her she only cares about getting you out of office!

The staff are making up there rules. their appointments are NEVER
CORRECT, ALWAYS A PROBLEM. Smartmouth phlebotomist ect.
