From the moment I checked in to the emergency room to the moment I left after finding out I had fractured my fibula, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness I've ever experienced in a medical facility. Ireland greeted me with humor and efficiency. Nurse John with compassion and honesty.
Congrats to the entire Saturday morning crew for outstanding service! From xrays to checkout, you did good!

Excellent customer care as well as Nurse and Doctor care. They were kind and empathetic. The vibe was very noticeable and very positive. Didn't have to wait long and all exams were done quickly. John and Tina were absolutely ? great.. Recommend this ER facility to everyone...

I did a stupid thing, climbing on a chair, losing my balance, falling & gashing my right leg about 4 in Long. I'm on blood thinners so couldn't get anything stopped & ended up in the emergency room. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors to the nurses to everyone was incredible! I highly recommend if you have any type of emergency that you go to their emergency room because they know what they're doing. Being a former nurse, I have the habit of judging things from the medical perspective and they get an A+!

I eat in the waiting room for 6 hours.i have been here for 30 hours, been “admitted”, but not all the way upstairs .
Staff is nice but I don’t know what is going on.
Plus, before not being able to eat, due to “procedure” all I’ve had is a mall pack of chips.
I’m not a big eater, but I haven’t been offered anything.
Overall,
I wish that the Drs. & residence would explain to me what’s going on. I am, generally, an excellent medical advocate. But my lack of sleep and pain has left me, not thinking another ear fashion.

Can you really say you had a great experience at a hospitals emergency room? But as far as time, staff, and overall it was great. The Dr I had was amazing ?. She was very attentive. She came in many times to check on me and keep me posted on everything that was happening. I didn't wait at all to go back to a room. Once I was in, no wait again. Nurses and Dr's came right in. Very pleased with the service.

Easy in process, quick exam room placement and not too long of a wait to see the doctor for my non life threatening ankle injury. Xrays were quick to be taken and about 50 minutes to review. Overall I was please with my service. Will visit again if needed.

Horrible experience at Northwest Emergency services in Sahuarita. I went in at 8am summer 2024with no-one in the waiting room. I still had to wait for a female on the other side doing whatever she was doing and after several minutes, I finally heard I’ll be right with you, which was an additional 8 to 10 minutes later. I was suffering from a neck/back injury in which I could not look up or even fill out paperwork. I was wheeled into an exam room and it seemed like forever before seen. Basically, I was given an x-ray which was useless as I know I did not have a blood clot or pneumonia. Then after the “good painkillers that they give the athletes” NOT and an anti-inflammatory they were shocked that it wasn’t helping. Then morphine comes out. Oh good finally some relief I thought. Asked when it should kick in because 45 min later and still in pain. Then it came out. They didn’t want to give me too much as there were still pain killers in my system. Meanwhile, I’m in agonizing pain (9/10) scale and nothing was done for me over a four hour span. I was discharged and had a prescription for a whole 9 pills of Vicodin at the lowest dosage. Oh and not to mention my $1000 payment. The service in Arizona is the worst and particularly this emergency room needs to learn some skills. Anyone can take blood and administer drugs. I felt as if I was more of burden to my physician assistant, then for them to help me. I will do whatever I can, to steer clear of this ER. Piss poor! Do better!

The ER was an amazing experience if an ER can be called that. My husband was admitted in Nov. 2023, I just last week Sept.12, 2024. The staff is attentive, caring & professional. I thought in November, maybe we just hit them on a good day, but last week, the experience was exactly the same. Thank-you staff @ Northwest Sahuarita ER
