My recent visit To Northwest Medical Center women’s imaging department, I found it very satisfying as usual. I arrived early to complete the paperwork, and the receptionist was very pleasant. The review of the paperwork was another very pleasant experience, she made sure all of my work was completely filled out, and directed me back to the waiting area. The technician who completed the test was absolutely the best. She was very thorough, answering questions, I’m relieved all fears of what was to happen. This imaging center is my center of choice in the future.

I was very happy with my treatment and care when I was in the hospital. They not only took great care of me as a patient but my husband too. This is my go to hospital and will not go to any other. My cardiologist works out of here and I have had many procedures here including open heart surgery. The nurses are very amazing and I feel safe here!! Thank you!!!!

Had some scheduled medical tests requiring anesthesia and getting into a gown and laying on a bed. The staff is great. The section of the hospital was freezing cold.... freezing.... but should have been well controlled. Also the pad on the bed was stained with poop.... not a small stain. I guess they want to save money and not discard stained ones. Unforced errors.

Nursing staff was excellent. Treated well by nurses and doctors alike as well as technicians. They never really pinned down what was wrong with me. Never got an answer as to whether the bacterial infection I suspected had actually occurred. Overall I was impressed with Northwest medical Center.

I was told to arrive at 12:30 for my 2:30 appointment. I arrived at 12:20 and waited until almost 4:00 to be called in back to be prepared for surgery. I had nothing to eat or drink since midnight and was very uncomfortable!
Someone who had a 4:00 surgery appointment was taken to surgery before me.
My nurse was excellent but after receiving a nerve block for my left arm, I was not warned that it would last until 10:30am the next day. It was horrible to spend the night not being able to control my arm and not even knowing where it was while trying to sleep.
No one from the surgery center called me the next day to see how I was doing and I did not receive a call from my doctor either.
I was very disappointed with the appointment time and lack of follow-up. I would not choose this surgery center again.

Had a very difficult time finding radiology. No signs outside anywhere indicating where it is located. Only sign is inside back corner. Lady at front main desk not very friendly nor helpful. When I was finally able to start checking in she did not say she was leaving and just left. Would have been nice to a least let me know I could sign in and wait. Lady at 2nd desk window had just left note said be back in 15 min. Waited 15 before knowing to sign in. And where to do so. She was very helpful and informative. The lady who registered me in was wonderful. And the lady who did the ultrasound gets 5 stars. She had great beside manners, was fast, efficient, and did an excellent job getting amazing ultrasound photos. Could not have been better. Sorry I don't remember names but the experience was very stressful.

Went in for a scheduled CT scan, arrived 1 hour early to get checked in which took an hour.
Got to Radiology waiting area and was given a bottle of prep to drink and then had to wait another hour, seems like this could have been communicated better.
Ended up spending 3 hours all together, seems excessive, however staff was friendly and did a good job.
