I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to the entire staff, from the receptionist to the doctor who attended to me. In a time when many places are struggling with being short-staffed, it was truly uplifting to witness such a dedicated and positive team.

My husband is sitting at the radiology dept of hospital currently, his appt was at 3pm, it's 5:15. They closed up for the day at 4, without faxing the correct order over. They had a week to send it. The doctor seems to know his stuff. The staff behind the desk, and in charge of sending orders as they are supposed, have failed several times over this one simple thing their boss wanted done. I will be filing a complaint with medical board, as well.

Its true about the wait, if you have a appointment at 2:30, you sit in the room waiting for the doctor to come in, I left after they closed, Happens All the time Not much help, Ohh, but they sure are calling you before the end of the year to come in and want you to take Blood tests, etc. to make sure they get there good share from the Insurance Companies.

I've been seeing Troy for years. He's a caring professional and makes you feel very much comfortable. He takes time with you, never a rushed appointment. I've got an appointment today with the lady doctor and am sure she'll be just as professional and caring as Troy is. Thank you all of you for what you do for all of us. We appreciate you.

I like the Dr's but can't get them to call you saw dr yesterday she told me to call today about the results of my test secretary that asnswerd phone sent them a message then she told me that I had to see Dr to get results but dr said if I called today they would tell me plus they keep saying they sent my referral to the diabetic dr but the diabetic dr said did not get referral or the records every time I call only get the one secretary and can't speak to any one else. Still no call back I know there busy people but it seems like if you need them to return a call they don't especially when dr tells you to call the next day for the results

Had deafness in my right ear. Tried several home remedy treatments nothing worked. Tried to get an appt was 30 days out. Office suggested Urgent Care. I went, left 40 minutes later. Excellent staff from the moment I walked in. Bottom line I haven't heard things better in years. Embarrassed to say, had excessive ear wax. I tried so hard to pre diagnose. Anyway all said and done 5 stars!

I became a new patient in May, the Doctor was pleasant and knolegeable, however I had to wait 3 months and make several phone calls to the office in order to get a referral to a specialist which I'd requested from the Doctor at the time of my visit. Today I called and asked to have the results of my Lab work, done several weeks ago, mailed to me, (something all other Doctor's office do routinely), and was told I'd have to come by the office and to pick them up, a huge inconvenience. Needless to I'll be changing Medical group immediately.
