Do not have your urology procedures performed by their urology and radiology department. I had two failed surgeries in a row and nasty complications from those. Had to go down to Mayo to be cared for properly and get my medical issues resolved after Verde Valley's mistakes. Never again. Cannot recommend, although nursing staff was exceptional.

The staff was friendly. They did a great job drawing my blood and I didn't feel much pain like other labs. I also go to the location at the Verde Valley Medical Hospital in Cottonwood. If you have difficulty with blood draws these are the places to go.

Went there with a friend who had blood work done. We were in and out in no time and the next day I went back to pick up the test results. They were very accommodating and printed it out so I could take it to my friend. Thumbs up - they were very friendly and professional.

Its incredible how inefficient this lab is. Check in takes 1/2 hour! Labcorp takes 30 seconds...why would anyone continue to use this facility? It has a feel of a dying retail store(Sears) just before it declared bankrupcy...no sense of urgency, empty offices everywhere...inefficient processes still being used...
