Very rude and unprofessional staff. They didn't check my insurance information but gave me an appointment and then declined to provide me with a service. They could just first check the insurance

This place has been great so far. Not only is it a medical clinic, they have a dentist and a WIC. Wait time isn't that long and the staff is very nice and helpful. They always give my daughter stickers after her visit. You can also request them for you're child as well. They also have a tv on with cartoons for you're children too while you wait.

This is the MOST WORK CLINIC EVER!!!! The doctor said my 12 year old 5'4 daughter was overweight SHE IS 106 LB!! Well now she's 90lb because she has anorexia because of this place!!! SO BAD!!

0 Stars-Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor or clinic I could not leave this facility without leaving an honest review for any future patients interested in this location. If you do care about your health, I highly recommend you choose a different clinic. Just to book an appointment it is impossible!! The call center for appointments never answers or gives you a call back when you select that option and when they do answer after an hour of being on hold most times they click. The front desk receptionists refuse to schedule an appointment while on site for whatever reason they say no you have to call, which is a lie because I have had staff members schedule me an appointment when I let them know that the call center never answers, you almost have to demand for good service if you want any help here. They are extremely rude and get sooo bothered when you need any type of assistance from walking in to checking in to any questions they will be bothered and roll their eyes in front or behind your face. They purposely have you wait even when not attending others just to feel better and when patients are trying to let them know they are in line for assistance they find an area to correct patient and have them wait again. I have no idea what the hiring process is but even just for the front receptionist they should definitely be more strict on who they are hiring or staff behavior they allow! And they never actually listen to your health concern. One time it took me a whole year to get a referral because they ignored my concern the first time and that took me having to go back and retell them my concern that’s a whole new appt I struggled to book just for the referral they failed to put in the first time. The back offices are horrible and very unorganized and always rude!
Ima leave this review with this last awful experience I had, last year same time of the year their referral department called me to advise my doctor was submitting a referral for a lump discovered on the left lower side of my thyroid on a ct scan that was done and requested by my pulmonary specialist. (I was extremely worried I cried for a whole week after this call) after a month of not receiving the referral I called the referral department back and requested an update, and they had no record of a call made to me or a referral that was being placed in for a thyroid ultrasound!! I was in disbelief that a health care facility can be this unorganized as if it isn’t enough that all staff members are rude and no one seems to actually care about anyone’s health!!
Here I am a year later getting that ultrasound done with my new doctor!! Best believe I will be reporting this location to the state. I hope they do better or get shut down immediately!! They need to hire new staff members and retrain them! A little bit of empathy and good service goes a long way! It’s sad to see my Latino community fail their own people at this location, it’s a daily thing, they take advantage of people and their positions!

Worst place you could go to. They refuse to schedule an in person appointment with a doctor and will only schedule an over the phone appointment. The worst part is I couldn't talk because I had lost my voice and they told me to just go to Urgent Care. What is the point of having a primary doctor if you can't see them? I ended up switching doctors. I would definitely recommend any other place.

BASURA!! This place is trash. Run from this place..! Good luck getting an appointment. First of all the front desk is UNDERSTAFFED and the staff that is there is very unwelcoming unprofessional. It’s a shame it’s always my fellow Latino people. It doesn’t hurt to be a little professional. The back office is snappy and unhelpful. Always in a bad mood and they take advantage of the patient population that goes there which is uneducated in healthcare and mainly Latinos also. They get annoyed when you ask them for what you need and it STILL DOESNT GET DONE! I always ask to send labs to quest because I refuse to go back to their In house lab due to incompetent staff and lack of empathy. And yet they can never get that right! I always find myself calling to request my lab orders while at my quest appointment ! Not to mention the annoying call center that takes 50 minutes to eventually speak to someone just so they can call the freaking sun valley office because they don’t give out their direct number! Geez I wonder why? Maybe because of the understaffing , incompetency , and lazy people that work there..Oh and the back office staff calls everyone a “nurse” when in reality most are just medical assistants (unlicensed personnel) and an LVN or 2 .. ? when they take your vitals staff does not clean their bp cuffs which is a big no no. And if you ask them to do it before you get your bp done they get annoyed and mad.. idk but that is NOT ok! Oh and the doctors and NP’s are not that great! In summary this place is HORRIBLE … do not even come here I’ll save you the trouble! My review is actually NEGATIVE -5 stars! ?

Good luck trying to get an appointment, just to be put on hold for 40+ minutes. They also can’t be bothered to accept walk ins for an appointment that would take less than 10 min even when the waiting room is nearly empty. Even when you have an appointment, expect to wait over an hour. Terrible clinic overall and very inconsistent
