Made an appointment with a Doctor that was recommended to me there 7 months in advance. The day of the appointment the called an hour before my appointment and said the “Doctor called in sick” offered for me to make an appointment with another Doctor which I had enough bad experiences with Doctors and this particular Doctor was the last chance I was going to give the Doctors at North Bay primary care. They said back in the next day to reschedule me and they never did. It was obvious they didn’t want me to see Dr. Chartrand.

Was seen by an on-call doctor my doctor was out sick I was not happy with the service the doctor should listen to the patient they themselves know their body best doctor had never seen me before I feel the doctor didn't listen to what I had to say and I would also like to say it takes a lot of time to get an appointment with the doctor and then the appointment day arrived and the doctor cancels and here you have been sick the whole time while waiting to see the doctor by appointment only I truly miss my doctor of 31 years I know I will never see a doctor like that ever again those days are gone

I'm highly disappointed in the care and concern i didn't receive. My old doctor ( Dr. Patel) unfortunately moved to another state, he was one of the best caring doctors. Lately I've been in extreme pain and was set up an appointment with Dr. Hong, she has been the worse doctor i have ever come across. She didn't show any compassion and didn't even exam the pain I'm in. She kept rolling her eyes and brushing off my concerns about my pain. Doctors like her makes me lose faith in the healthcare system.

I came here with a broken leg for cast removal check, and was turned away saying I needed to go to an Orthopedic DR surgeon but I made an appointment over the phone and clearly stated what it was for. It's their own fault for not listening the first time. What an absolute waste of my time driving, going to the 2nd floor, than having to find a different doc somewhere else. They seem pretty distracted with their own bee-ess behind the desk there. and seem racist with zero white people working there, maybe they racist towards me?

No need to be snappy and curt with me when I say my appointment was too short. Needs to be more respectful and empathetic. Very rude. Sad this is the only place I can go without waiting a month. They have a lot of next day appointments perhaps this is why.

After we moved to Fairfield, we needed to change our primary doctor. Northbay center is great at making appointments, new facility and very professional doctors and staff. We are glad that we chose them.

Had an appointment today they got verified on the first of the month when into my appointment where I was told that somebody in the office had unenrolled me and did not want to see me today I explained to them that I’ve been waiting for this appointment for six weeks I need to know who enrolled me they asked me to sit down while they figure out what’s going on while I was sitting down a few minutes pass by and the local police came I asked local police what’s going on they had asked me for my ID I explain to them that I have not committed a crime or plan to commit a crime I do not need to give you my ID so the people on the counter including Dr. Hong we’re more than happy to give the police department my name address telephone number and reason of my Visit so I was asked to leave and left I just want to say this place is the most racist Doctors office I have ever experienced I was unenrolled due to my ethnicity and my name don’t ever come here for all your users and reviews and Google review were’s stay away from this place with a 10 foot pole they don’t know how to speak with respect or update anybody with anything they have going on it’s almost impossible to get a hold of a doctor even if your medicine is acting up never go to this center or any other Northbay facility
