They have a strange way of not making it easy to re establish with another provider at only at a certain time slot as if you're being reprimanded for changing providers. My current provider and not the only one in this system plus specialists, one outside the system, did not make it easy to get care when you're struggling and left too. Sent home from the ER that I was told to go too. Could not attend a procedure cause of symptoms from my medical condition. I have been fair too and say other systems have been this way too, although there are and I've encountered several compassionate docs. I think I might exhausted this system and I'm exhausted myself. Be praying 🙏 rightly.

I really like Dr. Brennan and NP Collins. However, 2023 has been a series of canceled appointments and horrible missteps in the beaurocracy between the lab, getting information to the medical practitioners, getting an appointment, and simply checking in and out. It started with the process of having to show up at the front desk to get a same day appointment to be seen by the lab. The day I showed up, I couldn't be seen that day. All the other labs of northbay were closed as well, so I fasted for nothing. A sympathetic receptionist advised me to go to the hospital where I had the labs done, only for the lab draw to be incomplete. I did not know this until a second try of having a follow up appointment because my original appointment got canceled and had to reschedule several months away. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager so they can get things right and for me to try not to take so much time off so I can navigate the northbay beaurocracy. As luck would have it, she was out, but I could get her card upon checking out. Unfortunately, the checkout specialist was not there and I had to go back in line for another 20 minutes just to check out and get a card. I just walked out before my blood pressure got too high. This office is grossly understaffed as I now have to take more time away from work and continue to have Fasting labs until they get it right. With my perception of the process getting in the way of the care that I need and the cost of added time to have to take off to make these appointments work with this system, I am of the feeling that I might need to consider alternatives to my care at reenrollment time.

Excellent healthcare service. However, front desk needs to be more professional. I understand the stress when there’s short staffing, but you should not give attitude on the phone.
Also, I witnessed a very anxious woman who keeps bugging the front desk about an appointment somewhere else she’s about to miss coz she’s been waiting in Northbay for too long, she understood the whole short staff situation and left instead. When the woman left, the 2 front desk talked about her in unprofessional way.
Overall, good experience for me.

I was hurt at work and had to call the Company Nurse. After a surprisingly quick phone process I was directed to go to NorthBay Healthcare. The ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for a long time before being called. They place is impeccably clean! Walking down the hallway you would have thought the place was only open for a couple of days. The rooms a very comfortable and roomy. They don't have a scale that you stand on, it is built into the bed. After you sit down the nurse take your temperature. The doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and wants for me to fully recover. All of the employees do their best to make sure that you feel at home!

My family members and I have had great experiences at Northbay. My primary care practitioner, Dr.Nguyen is very friendly and thorough. I feel safe and valued as a patient- I know I will get the care that I need. Dr. Nguyen also ensures that all of my questions are fully answered and she does her absolute best at helping me to understand the treatment and care that she provides. I've also had good experiences with the billing department. Katherine, the manager in financial services, was very kind and friendly when I called to ask a few billing questions. She took her time and went through all the information I provided and she answered my questions thoroughly. So far, my experience as a patient at Northbay has been great!

Poor service at the front desk. I went there to book an appointment in person the front desk has refused to help me and I was told that I should call to the appointment desk telephone and that ‘s the only way to book an appointment. I have called and operator named Tatiana anwered the call and said the only closest available appointment for Dr. Judi Yang is available on Monday, November 14, 2022 in a discouraging manner to hang up my call. I have chosen to book an appointment for that date but instead of taking my son ‘s detail she hungup the call and never answered my subsequent telephone call.

I just started going to NB PCC for my asthma the nurse practitioner there was amazing and very helpful. However, after taking the prescription as I was prescribed I started having a reaction. I called the Drs office was informed to call an advice nurse so I did, advice nurse said it wasn’t urgent and to call the Drs office back and have them see me so they can do something for my blood blisters, nausea, elevated pulse and muscle aches, and was basically told there’s nothing they can do because I haven’t set a Primary Doctor (I have an appointment this month to set that) but still was told basically for my non urgent reaction a nurse practitioner under the doctor I will be primarily seeing can’t help me.
I was really happy with the services until today. For a medical facility they should do everything to help their patients.
