Called to set up new patient and gave all the Information I need from my insurance and when I asked what my first visit and copay would be she said give her a moment. She must of thought she had put ne on hold because she started talking all "why didn't you go call your insurance before calling me like I know what you new patient first visit it will be or co pay that's what your insurance is for" so I told her you forgot to mute me and i no longer are interested in becoming one. Do not no how the Dr's are but was very very bad front desk.

I asked for a prescription change at 8:30 Monday morning. I called the office Monday afternoon and was told that the doctor hadn't had a chance to review my request yet. I called again Tuesday afternoon and was told the same thing. My prescription runs out in 6 days. Here we are at Wednesday morning, and I haven't heard from anyone yet. I tried to set up a telemed appointment, but the next available is 3/9 (today os 2/28). I really like Dr. Llanio, but it's like pulling teeth to get any information from anyone else.

Been going here over eight years. I’ve had two physicians due to the doctors leaving. Dr. Zaleski nurse is rude and not not helpful. I’ve recently turned 65 so I needed to transfer over my prescriptions to another mail pharmacy. I gave them a heads up in July 2023. My new mail in pharmacy has faxed them on 8/2 and 8/9 to get prescriptions. Today is 8/15 and the office only sent over four of my eleven scripts. The nurse I spoke with in Dr. Zaleski office saidI should have requested all of my meds at once. Really? Why would I not? I told her I did. She kept saying I only see four. Now I’ve checked the faxes to the doctor as requests. All of my meds were requested. Spoke again to the call service for doctors office. They assumed the nurse didn’t read all the pages.
Made a complaint today to have a higher up return my call. Still haven’t heard back. It’s been over three hours. Guess I’m not a priority.
Time to get ugly. This is ridiculous.

Used to love going here, well if I was sick maybe not love but I knew I was going to get the care I needed. I had a primary physician, and would frequently see the NP and others for things like getting my DOT physical. Well, my doctor left this practice, and I need that DOT physical that my doctor can't do. So I called them to schedule my Physical like I'd done every 2 years. They told me I couldn't get it done there because my Doc. had left. I said my Doc. wasn't the one who did them. Was told since I didn't have a Doc there I wasn't allowed to get it done there. A quick search later I got one the same day at a walk-in clinic. It was cheaper than at this place. That's enough ranting was just disappointed after going here for ruffly 22 years. They wouldn't even see me for a DOT physical.

Horrible! First we do like our Dr which is the only reason we are holding on. As far as the office operation forget about talking to any one. Again and again you will wait for days for any response! We have been waiting for days (8:30am Monday the 26th, it is now Wednesday the 28th) for any reply. If there was a negative star review I would use it!

I have been a client for ten years. Passed around from doctor to doctor as they quit the practice over the years. After a nationwide shortage of my medication, I spent two days trying to get them to help me as the withdrawals are life threatening. They refused, were aloof and did nothing. I ended up in the emergency room. I was a great patient and did everything they required. It hurt deeply to realize they didn’t care about me and I’m having to start over at a new practice.

Dr Mehriary is great. But the rest is awful! It usually takes 1 to 2 hrs of sitting in building before you see the dr. That is seriously not right.
