I'm from out of town and had a paw injury on my puppy. They got me squeezed in and fixed my dog up. Reasonable prices and great work.

I can not recommend North Pole Veterinary Hospital enough. They have an amazing caring compassionate staff from the receptionists to the vet techs and the veterinarians. Our encounters with Drs. Borghese and Link have been nothing but positive. Even when we had our 14 year old beagle put to sleep, I couldn't have asked for a more caring compassionate veterinarian then Dr. Borghese. Unless it is a dire emergency we will not go anywhere else for our pets care.

They were the only vet who wasn't taking advantage of people about to lose a family member. All of the staff was very loving and considerate

I went in about my dog not breathing well. First thing to come out of the vets mouth is did you know what an expensive dog you have. How much she’s worth. We go into a room and wait while the do some tests on my dog. While hours go by with no information. Once of the vet techs come in and say that it’s going to be about $4500 to help the dog and they will put her on a payment plan with 20% interest for 6 months. When told that wasn’t achievable they said well that’s the only option or you can sign over rights because one of the vets wants her and will pay the surgery. No information was shown to me about what was going on or x-rays. Just stayed if I turn over rights they will pay to help her. Then they refused to let me leave before giving them $300 for the x rays. Which makes no sense. They are rude and refuse to even speak to me about it the dog ended up making it through the surgery. Just said don’t ever call here again. How unprofessional. This place is a joke. After posting on Facebook and finding out this has actually happened several times and no one’s done anything about it.

After a nasty dog fight, our old Guam "Jungle Puppy" was not going to recover. We made the decision to let her go. NP Vet was caring, loving, patient, and kind to my kids.
They explained the process to my wife and I and allowed us, as parents, to handle how our kids experienced the loss. Our Ellie passed away peacefully in front of us. We were given ample time to say goodbye both pre/post mortem. The staff did great and my family will trust this vet again with our pets based on how they treated this situation. I know the clinic has changed ownership recently, but we have taken our dogs there in both stages of ownership and (aside from the facility facelift), didn't notice a lapse in care at all.

Last week was a rough one. My sweet dog, Monello, had a horrible case of necrotizing pancreatitis. I took him to the after hours emergency at North Pole Vet on Tuesday night, where he ended up staying for 4 days to get 24/7 care, surgery, and meds. I am extremely grateful and impressed with the care and kindness I got at North Pole Veterinary Hospital. I worked with Dr. Backus, Dr. Link, & Dr. Rouge and I just want to give a huge thank you to all three of them and their team for saving my dog’s life. They kept me in the loop with every update as they treated Monello, and gave Monello the best care I could’ve asked for. Without them, I don’t think I would be able to still be snuggling my dog on the couch as I write this. Thank you so much again for everything & I will be continuing my regular veterinary needs with them from now on!

My doggo was sick with nausea and vomiting. We are just visiting from Texas. I called and got a next day appointment. We saw Dr Rember who was able to identify the problem and prescribe the meds he needed. We are traveling so getting vet care on the road can be stressful. She is also up to date on the new CDC guidelines for pets when traveling. The clinic was wonderful, all staff were amazing. I’m very grateful that they were there to help! If I lived in Fbx, this would be my vet choice.
