All the staff we have encountered have been welcoming. Scheduling was easy and they keep to the appointment times. We have been taking our son there to see Molly for a little over a month now due to his torticollis. She has been amazing. She's gently and loving with him, explains all the movements and helps us practice "home work" so that we're comfortable with his therapies at home. We are so thankful for them

Front desk staff have been very friendly and professional. My physical therapist Peter has been great to work with. He takes into consideration what motivates me; and what exercises I like/don't like, then he tailors the therapy plan with that in mind. The staff really does take the time to get to know you, as an individual.

Over the years I have been involved with more than a few accidents that required major surgery and post op physical therapy, here in Alaska and in California and Seattle.
I first met Julie at North Pole Physical Therapy about 20 years ago when she was recommended by both my family doctor and surgeon for physical therapy following surgery for a ruptured bicep tendon. I am happy to say she was wonderful. Caring and patient with me and all my questions and my recovery was 100%. To this day I have full range of motion and full strength in that arm, largely due to the treatment I received at North Pole Physical.
3 years ago I had total knee replacement surgery and of course I went to North Pole Physical Therapy. Julie was in a new larger building with expanded facilities and larger staff and the care and treatment I received was all that I expected and more. Julie was my primary therapist but I had the opportunity to work with other therapists who were all very helpful with my recovery.
I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the care and concern for my successful recovery (which it was) that I received from Julie and her whole staff, therapists and office staff.
When my therapy was completed I opted to take advantage of their independent workout program. I signed up and I have been working out using the equipment and facilities twice a week for the last 3 years. And I am happy to say that my knee is better than it has been for the last 40 yrs.

Everyone at North Pole Physical therapy is fantastic . From therapists to front desk/admin staff I always feel week taken cared of. Everyone cares to get to know you and customizes the care you need to your personal needs. I will absolutely return should I need physical therapy in the future .

Recently I underwent 2 surgeries for my shoulder and elbow, they were destroyed pretty much from a fall. I called North Pole physical therapy for help to rehabilitate the the joints. The staff have all been wonderful, friendly, professional, and they got me in on a regular schedule right away, after 4 visits I can feel the progress so well, Gabby is awesome, she answers all my questions, she is gentle but yet progressive with my therapy and I am so excited for my next visit because I know she will direct me closer to my best recovery

I highly recommend North Pole Physical Therapy, and if you can get her as your therapist, Melissa Brunselmeier. I had no idea what to expect, but I have been nothing but impressed and pleased with the high level of success I have had with Melissa. She is very personable and actually has me motivated to continue my exercise's at home by the end of each appointment, that says it all. She's an amazing young lady and really knows her stuff!
