The philosophies & practices of this office are antiquated! I requested a simple CBC and cholesterol blood check before my wellness check so that if there were any issues they could be discussed at that visit. My request was denied. When I asked why, I was told that they didn't do it that way. If the Dr. thought it was needed at time of appointment then at the discretion of the Dr. it would be ordered and I would have to come back for another appointment. As a retired registered nurse I find this protocol poor practice & excessive insurance billing.
