NGAC is incredible! The RBTs and BCBAs care so much for their clients. They have murals everywhere and the therapy produces real results. I’ve seen them care for kids like they are their own, and they make it a magical time during the holidays. So glad this place joined our local community!

NGAC is an amazing place! The RBT'S & BCBA'S work very hard to care for those kids and make sure they get the help that they need! I have always seen the staff so dedicated and loving with all the kids during my parent training meetings. This is not an easy job either and you have to have lots of patience! Not only do they help these children they also help the parents understand there child's behavior and needs.

I have seen more improvement with my daughter going here since I pulled her out of school to do full time theraphy at NGAC. I have never had a negative experience here at all with anyone. If you are a parent wanting to help your child this is an amazing place! But you to have to do your part as a parent and not expect for the staff to do everything for your child. Do not be afraid to ask the staff what advice they can give you to work with your child at home. If you work with the staff together as a team and do your part at home to help your child, you will be amazed at all the things you will find out of what your child can do and what they have learned in ABA. I started to spend a lot more time with my daughter at home and I notice she can do lots of things I was not even aware of. She started to say more words and talk to me when she use to be nonverbal. Her behaviors of aggression went down. NGAC helped me handle tough situations with her and helped me better understand her.

I'm telling you these staff truly care about helping these kids 100% you just have to put in your part as a parent as well if you truly want to see your child get better! I know it's not easy and you can be tiered from work or have so much things to do. But please take some time everyday to interact with your child. Watch the Learn Behavioral videos on YouTube. Do some research at home, ask questions during parent training meetings. Document your child's behavior at home and talk about it with the BCBA during your parent meetings. I promise you they are there to help! You are not alone! ❤️ Working together as a team you will start to see amazing results!

To have a caring and supportive clinical staff is super important to living with a child or teen diagnosed with autism. NGAC is super involved with the children they serve and the families they prep for success. They also set up families for the years to come by working with them in their own unique situations. ASD is beautiful at NGAC!

This place is absolutely amazing. The amount of effort and one on one care that is put into each individual here is nothing short of amazing. We need to clone this place for every city in America. Highly recommend.

EDIT: All positive reviews on here are from staff, so please read my review first and take it into more consideration than the others, as mine is an authentic review of an experience of a consumer. I’m not getting payed by the company to write a positive review. In my opinion, getting staff to write positive reviews is scummy and even worse than just having a bad review.

As an autistic teen who has been silenced for over four months, I’m now talking. ABA “therapy” should never be considered therapy. It makes me sick when people say it is. Therapy helps you understand your own emotions, how to recognize the emotion, how to express the emotion healthily, and how to manage all emotions. The list goes on. ABA is practically obedience training, similar to what they do to dogs when teaching them tricks. They will tell you to do something, you can’t refuse or you get punished. The BCBA here named Megan has made a bad impression on me through her behavior. As an example, she told me “You can go with the others now” I politely told her “No, I would really like to stay with my mom” Not exact, but basically. I was never rude. And she just raises her voice at me and says “You can go. We are done with this conversation.” This is a prime example of obedience training. They took advantage of my emotional state and mental issues, using my social anxiety with being yelled at as punishment. And even if they say “Well, we don’t punish anymore.” Withholding rewards or things that bring the child joy IS punishment. Why are we not allowed to say no? That is not what you want to teach to autistic kids for them to be independent. What happens when they no longer have anyone to tell them what to do? This is just a horrible thing to do to your child. To all autistic parents, I understand you’re doing your best. You just want to do the right thing. This is not it, I’m sorry. I know this is one of the only types of specialized autism therapy that insurance covers, but most insurance companies do cover basic counseling. I know I can’t speak for everyone, but please start there.

On to another personal story of mine from this facility. I was told to go jump on the trampoline with two other kids. I’m a larger girl, I wouldn’t have fit comfortably. I observed this and said “I don’t want to” and then I was told again. I refused again, knowing it would be uncomfortable. Then they basically start doing a type of punishment they do there where they just talk to other people in a very condescending way. “WOW THAT LOOKS FUN” Cool, not to me girl. Anyway, do not go here. I am begging you, there are other options that are better.

NGAC is the most caring company for anyone who has been diagnosed with ASD. I have seen many clinics who just simply do not care for the kids with ASD and that is the complete opposite mindset of anyone at NGAC! Any employee at NGAC cares for each client and their family members mental state and overall wellbeing!

As a father who has an autistic daughter and I realized this issue since my daughter was two years old, without spending extra time, without wasting time, I registered my daughter in an autism educational treatment center at the height of the corona pandemic Time. let me cut my conversetion and make short, since five years ago, I have changed five autism education centers, one worse than the other, unfortunately, the inhumane and dark point of this case is here, where you can clearly see the racist actions and behavior.am disappointed and I don't trust any autism education center, because no education is given to the child, just business, business, the more your child learns something and the more his abilities become, of course, he will not go to the center. You refuse autism, so they won't eat this, it will stop their business, it wasen't chenged any my doughter behavior nothing nothing nothing
just when she grows up her ming grows up if something chenged that's why
so this is not help to your child just it's business so.....so....so...!!!
