I am fairly new to this facility and working on creating a good relationship with my PCP and other staff. I rate them with 3 stars because I do feel there is room for improvement. I use the app quite a bit but have noticed errors in the information that has been uploaded as well as missing documents. Still, I appreciate that the staff is courteous and helpful. I have worked in a doctors office so I understand moving quickly to process one patient to the next... closer attention to detail will help to mitigate these concerns.

Showed up early for my appointment, but not early enough. They rescheduled my first appointment for more than two months out. I'm sure I'll find another doctor in that time. Your time obviously isn't as important as theirs.
It's terrible to say this, but I think the VA is better...

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have been seeing Shirley Blanco at this location and she is absolutely amazing! She takes the time and listens to all my concerns. If I need a referral or medication she is on top of it ASAP. I have been battling my health for two years now and she has been there every step of the way! I highly recommend seeing her. She deserves 10 stars! Hands down the BEST.

I saw someone else write a comment about how she could hear the staff talking about her and laughing. I experienced the same thing the last time I went here with female related problems. I could hear them talking about my issues and laughing in the hallway. I don't know why they think people can't hear but we can. Really unprofessional. I don't know how some of those women got a job in the medical field but if that's how they are going to act they need to find a less professional job since they can't behave professionally

This is literally the most useless office I've ever had in my life. Every time I call I can't get a sick appointment. The doctor is too busy for the next week. Then they only do one same day appointment and make everyone fight over it at 7:30am. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. I'll be finding a new doctor that I can actually count on or even go to smh.

Just had my first appointment and so far so good. Although I did feel rushed, I got what I needed and was in and out in 25 minutes. If you’re a new patient, have them mail the new patient paperwork to you and it will make it so much faster. I didn’t get to see the doc, only the nurse practitioner, so time will tell. This was the only place I could get into that accepted new patients. Grateful I was able to get in. Hopefully these reviews are from Karen’s who expect the world to revolve around them. Yes, if you’re a new patient it’s standard practice to show up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Not sure if these people have never been to a doctor, but it’s the same everywhere. Also, if you have covid symptoms and are a new patient, they send you to CVS because there is nothing they can do. They can’t see you for 2 weeks, so the best they can do is tell you to go get tested. How about instead of whining about doctors, you Karen’s try to empathize?

I am petrified of the dentist! Dunno why~I just am :/ The sweet lady in the front office named Jessica is just who I needed! She helped me like no other. I instantly felt like I was in great hands w/ ppl who care. She was sooooo kind to me~ I am so grateful she was there for me. Thank you Jessica~ you are truly the best! Then I was called back and met Michelle n Dr. Dudley~ not one xray was uncomfortable ~ not one! She needs to teach X-rays 101~what a sweetheart! Dr. Dudley was so professional and another sweetheart!!! He cares!!!!!!!! I like him a lot. These kind~awesome people in this office cured my fear of the dentist! I wish I had a Jessica in all my drs. Office appts. 🥰

If I could do a negative star I would. I will never go back to this place. I told the nurse everything that was going with me and they put me in a room and then I could hear them in the back talking and laughing at me because of what I told the nurse. Now that is just unprofessional and rude as heck. You all need to be more on helping people instead of laughing at them.
