My mother went to ER in Millhopper with a broken hip and was transferred to North Florida Regional Hospital for surgery. We went straight to the 6th floor and was immediately taken care of by a wonderful person Tatiana. She took care of all my mother personal needs. She made my mom very comfortable, did not embarrass her when she was changing her gown, all in all treated us like family. That is priceless.
Everyone else was fantastic as well. Very nice and caring. Tatianna, I can't thank you enough for all your help even when I was getting in the way. you deserve a raise Thank you

When I came into Your hospital I was unconscious and had to come by ambulance, so I had all my jewelry on when I got to the hospital. This is to include two necklaces one pair of stud earrings and a diamond and gold tennis bracelet. Well a nurse came out and gave my husband a denture cup that had in it to necklaces and a pair study rings no diamond Tennis bracelet. I called several people there at the hospital to try to get some help in finding out what happened to my bracelet but to no avail. My suggestion to them was to look in medical records look up the date that the nurse took off my jewelry find out which nurse it was an why she Didn't give my husband the bracelet.
