I had two visits for the immigration exam and both times Nurse Meiming Jian was rude and had no patience with me even when I asked her nicely. It seems to me that they should have more empathetic people in these types of positions that interact with foreigners. However, my doctor Dr. Kwokming Cheng and the receptionist were very kind and patient, thanks to them I managed to feel more comfortable.
