I had two cardiac tests three weeks ago. Three were indicated, but the provider I spoke to didn't feel comfortable ordering the holter monitor (probably the most useful of the three), so that will have to wait until after I see a cardiologist in January.

But two tests done. Whew. How did they go? Great question! Not only have I not received any word about my results, I have also left multiple messages asking for those results. Radio silence. I would guess that my results weren't worrisome, but who knows? It's just my heart. What could go wrong.

On the other hand, it was easy to make an appointment, the front desk staff was friendly, and the billing department is very prompt. If you want a practice with a decent business manager, and don't care about your health, then five stars, highly recommend.

Staff is friendly, medical staff knows your name and will double check your records and ask questions. They then let you ask questions.
I met with Jessica. She is absolutely wonderful! I had a cyst removed, Jessica told me everything she was doing and was nice enough to comment and answer questions during my nervous banter!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But, I do not have insurance and do not meet the criteria for reduced fees and when I asked for the cost ahead of time it was way off. I was told it would be $120-$150 for the visit and $25 for a flu shot. When I went to check out and pay I was told it was $198 for the visit plus $25 for the flu shot and another additional fee would be added for actually giving me the shot. I was, not surprisingly, not pleased, but the staff discussed it and was kind enough to reduce the cost based on the information I was given originally. I recommend that the staff be educated on the actual cost of services to avoid a circumstance, such as that again.

I went to get a wellness check done. Glad I did. My blood pressure was high and they did a EKG on me. The doctor recommended I go to the emergency room now. I did , found out I have AFIB, and heart problems.
I have been to North Country several times, I haven’t been disappointed one time.

We would NOT recommend Leslie Flake because we feel she discriminated against a person that not only was a senior 70 years old but also disabled/ handicap. Leslie Flake canceled the patients medical insurance and the management John was rude and didn't care. Also the management in Flagstaff at north county clinic never called back about this problem or cares either. We were told by our insurance providers that it is up to the medical provider of what insurance they accept. Leslie Flake is Not professional.

Very Attentive Dr. To my grandson and myself. Staff was excellent today as well!! Fantastic overall for the day! Which makes this grandparent very happy!!

My doctor was amazing she listen to my concerns and took into consideration not only in my health but my personal preferences on my health I needed a mammogram at 39 years of age and she got me in there immediately her bedside manner is amazing
