I think this place was lot better last year. My experience mirrors a few other folks reviewing here. Very limited capacity for care. I expected a lot better. I'm not wasting my time again here.

Justin Wolfe is very easy to talk to and always fills out any forms I need promptly. This is something that I've had pushback with by many mental health professionals who've treated me, so it's nice to NOT dread asking for any needed paperwork to be completed and I rest easy knowing it will be done before the deadline.

The staff was friendly, but the office lighting and decor overstimulated the vestibular disorder I came to address. Also, the position of the computer monitor aggravated the PPPD I have been trying to overcome. The doctor was condescending and was uninterested in my personal medical experience that felt very dismissive creating distrust and more anxiety about the state of my mental and physical health. The two stars are a gift to the kind staff and the fact that treating vestibular migraine is, perhaps, unusual, and different to provide support for in the course of their practice.

Absolutely wonderful, the office is beautiful and calming, all of the front desk staff are kind, patient and so helpful no matter the request. The medical staff that do vitals and testing are always so nice to chat with, accommodating and do such a wonderful job at putting you at ease throughout your visit. The counseling staff specifically my counselor is outstanding, I learn so much every time I visit, I found an immediate ease and comfort in speaking with her and for me that is not typically an easy connection to establish. I look forward to my appointment each week and I cannot recommend them strongly enough. The Psychiatric staff is incredible as well, I was in desperate need of support and help and had a terrible time finding anyone willing or able to help and right away, after just the first appointment I felt relief and more supported than I have in a long time. So no matter your needs you absolutely should seek help and support here, you will not regret it. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Justin Wolfe and his Medical Assistant (Arma or Urma? sorry if I forgot your name), have always provided pleasant, timely and professional visits. Justin is extremely compassionate and I could sense that he truly wanted to help me. He never rushes the visits, is always easy to speak to, which makes for a very welcoming and calming environment. I feel so grateful to have landed in his care, because he has improved my quality of life in such a monumental way. He's given me the tools I was missing and needed to help tap into my full potential, and the results have been life changing. His medical assistant is also outstanding at handling any prescription issues, and always returns my calls to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved. I have nothing but good things to say about Justin Wolfe and his medical assistant. NAMHS has found some true gems in both of them.

AWFUL. I scheduled an in-person assessment with a provider who could validate my symptoms & struggles as being ADHD, give me the diagnosis necessary to begin treating the chaos I have been spinning my wheels in every day for my entire life, 40 years! The provider never came in my room, but the TV SCREEN TURNED ON & she was…talking through a screen, cold, zero warmth or empathy, interviewing me without any interest in my vulnerable answers to sensitive personal questions about my childhood, or trauma, etc. NOT EVEN A “That sounds hard,” or “That may have been adhd showing up early; I’m sorry you’ve been suffering so long.” NOTHING. Then she tells me that she wants to prescribe me with an antidepressant that MAY help treat adhd, although it’s not the first line medication that is fda approved—(stimulants, hello!) she also says that THERE IS NO difference between the 3 other medications that MAY help symptoms of ADHD. I asked again, “No difference? Really? Well, surely they each have their own side effects, or ways they actually work in the brain, otherwise why would they make the same exact medicine 3 times, & charge different prices, & be each known as separate medications/drugs?!” To which she had a far too simple answer: “I’ll tell you the difference. THIS one (I forget the name) is more expensive. It’s new, and so it cost more.” Period. She said “Californians have made adderall popular. That’s why it is the most prescribed. These other non stimulants do the exact same thing. They’re all the same, with less risk.” (Risk? Risk of abuse/addiction? Maybe for ppl who don’t have adhd, but the ones who DO, actually are HELPED by the fda approved medication that is known to treat this. NOW the antidepressant that she ended up prescribing me, that I refuse to pick up, is very risky—it actually causes SEIZURES in a lot of people who take it! And, it doesn’t even begin to WORK for up to 3-6 weeks!)
Wow. The screen turned off, & I felt like I had been flushed down a dark drain, without any clue where I was going. Nothing felt reassuring, no new information was offered that clarified my individual symptoms. The diagnosis was not discussed, nothing to take home, other than a hundred more questions, & a telemedicine interview that I could have done from my own home, & not had to wait 3 weeks for, with much anticipatory excitement to feel seen, heard, & validated. Face to face.
