I've been going to NAMHS for the past few years and love my providers. My therapist is wonderful and someone I feel safe in trusted and can easily communicate with her. John helped me get the ADHD diagnosis I knew I had and needed confirmed. I'm giving 3 stars because the office has high turn over rates and sometimes the staff suffer with higher caseloads due to not enough staffing of therapists in the office.

This office is one of the worst medical offices I have ever been too. They can not answer their phones. They DO NOT BILL correctly. They told me I was ineligible for both my insurances, cancelled my appointment and I was out of medicine due to their lack of brain cells. They waited til the night before my appointment to tell me they couldn’t verify my insurance. When I called back she told me she had to leave bc it was 5pm and couldn’t look it up. So I called myself and found out I was eligible. Not one person in the office could help. Ricky with his attitude on the phone and he kept saying he has no idea and confirmed I wasn’t eligible even though I am. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. TOO bad for Dr. John whom seems to be a nice doctor with horrible staff!!!!

NAMHS has been wonderful for our teenage son. Our provider John is an excellent doctor, and very receptive to input from us and our son. I greatly recommend NAMHS to anyone looking for psychiatric help.

I have been here for two years with my therapist and I love her she is caring and listens but also advises. We had to switch to zoom for two visits because I had a surgery and they were very accommodating. I love it here. I'm going to be sad when it is time for me to leave. 😊💜

NAMHS has been a lifesaver to me in an impossible time. They are the ONLY provider in Solano county that I trust. Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had to wait longer than ten minutes in office. I’ve received nothing short of amazing care here with both the medicine management and therapy sides. Super shout out to Nikki Galaviz and her scheduler for always finding ways to accommodate a changing schedule and being a part of one of the best teams in mental healthcare in Solano county.

Never been a big fan of a psychological therapy, however, my experience with a therapist at North American Mental Health Services was positive and long-lasting. I went years and years and years misdiagnosed and on the wrong medications and NAMHS looked at the facts, got me the right medications and I have not felt this good in a long, long, long time.
