Have consistently hung up pretending not to hear me or wife for days. I do not care for any excuse such as a poor phone system or internal issues. I could hear them clear as day. Tried multiple phones. It is deliberate at this point. My wife needs crucial medication and they are causing harm. As a medical facility you should be shut down

Very disappointed today. I'm always on time for my appointments here & the wait time is always long. I never ever complain about the wait. But, today I mistakingly wrote down my appointment time, & was late but the same courtesy couldn't be extended to me to get me in. It's not like they take walk ins so I would've been on her list to see anyway. The front desk was extremely professional & nice in delivering the news but I'm extremely concerned at this age with missing ob appointments with a history of cancer & cancer related deaths with my close family & siblings. My mom is critically ill so it took everything to get here today & was turned away. Merry Christmas Mrs Brooks.

The OBGYN’s are great! The nurses, however, apparently don’t know how to answer a phone. I’ve went through every number and have been calling for twenty minutes now, and still no answer from anyone. The line doesn’t give you an option to talk to anyone so if the nurses don’t answer, I guess you’ll just have to figure out your problems on your own. Can’t call another office because they want you to speak to your provider, but what am I supposed to do when they won’t even answer their phone? Seriously, there’s five lines and not a single person can answer the phone?

The nurses are all super friendly, but I’m rating this 2 stars because my appointment was supposed to start an hour ago & I’m still sitting in the lobby. AFTER they made me turn around once before when I was over halfway here (I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here) because I was going to be 15 mins late. ?

I drive almost an hour, from Decatur, because of Dr. Robbins and April Brooks. The time, effort, and personalized care I receive from them as well as their nurses and staff is absolutely TOP NOTCH.

I love this ob so much! I have endometriosis and this was the first ob that didn't just dismiss it as it being in my head. Everyone is so nice as well. They scheduled my surgery right away, and continue to make treatment easy and affordable!

Dr. April Brooks was the best OBGYN I have ever seen!! She was very thorough and she genuinely cared about the stuff I was talking to her about!! I definitely recommend her.!
