Norco medical group has the worst service in general. Doctor in Corona area is arrogant and rude so my husband switched to Norco. You can call for days and you get no one to pick up the phone to make an appointment. You will get a call back maybe 24-48 hours later. I switched my husband to my provider. ASPEN MEDICAL IN CORONA is the way to go to get great service, a timely manner response, receptionist answers phone and best of all AMAZING doctors.

At Norco Medical Group, Dr. Melissa Taylor is the greatest. My doctor for more than 20 years has been her. She really does listen to your worries and is quite compassionate. All our medical needs are taken care of by her. Our trust in her as our physician is unwavering. In Darlene And the medical assistant to Dr. Taylor is excellent. Every time, she returns my call and immediately handles prescription refills, tests, and referrals. She really is the very best as well as her assistant Darlene! . Whenever I have an appointment, I know I am in extremely good hands. Thank you!🙏🌈

Dr. Taylor is the best. The office staff was very cordial. My appointment was on time and Dr. Taylor spent time with me discussing many topics. I feel very safe and trust her very much. Dr. Julian Saks is the best. He is very thorough and always takes his time in going over tests results for all doctors when that doctor is not available to give results at at reasonable time. He covers all areas needed to help the patient comfortable with there issues going on. The return time to speak with him is great and excellent at getting appt with him. Also, the patient portal is one of the best things they could have ever added for messages to the doctors

Doctor Julian Sachs is an amazing doctor, he always make your doing okay. He cares about his patients and it rare to find a doctor like that no days.
