I checked in early and waited for a bit for my appointment. This gave me the opportunity to hear interactions with the reception staff and patients. I have to say both reception ladies and the radiologist who X-rayed my knee were all polite, professional, and patient.

The facility was clean and my appointment was completed in a timely manner

My experience with NorCal Imaging concord was amazing. They were very welcoming upon my arrival. The staff was willing to take the time to answer my questions. Their willingness to explain what the MRI does and why it’s important to remove jewelry containing metal was greatly appreciated. Great staff always friendly. I went in for my appointment and they had me in and out fast. It took me longer to fill up my tank with gas 🤣. Got there at 3:30 for my MRI and was out before 4. Thank you.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Finding the location of building was challenging as street address wasn’t easy to find and the more legible One Concord on the building didn’t tell me that was my destination! Thank you staff for accepting my late arrival!
