We love Dr. Shaheedy and her father. My son and daughter have been going to her since birth! I recently went for a check up for my son and the front desk staff was very unwelcoming, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask my son’s name. I offered all of that information prior to them saying anything upon me entering the office. It’s never been like this before and I don’t recognize the staff. After the check up, the office staff didn’t ask if I wanted to schedule another appointment, didn’t offer a sticker (they usually do) and just handed me a referral sheet (without saying anything) and I left. Reconsidering if I want to make the drive out there again; customer service is everything.

Dr Shaheedy is a knowledgable and caring pediatrician. However, recent changes in her office environment have made the patient experience difficult. Her office's record-keeping and scheduling are disorganized and unprofessional.

I hope she will be able to address these issues, after which, I recommend her as a competent physician.

Dr. Noosha is considered family to us, she is the most loving caring doctor to my 3 children from the day they were born. My kids adore her and love going to see her. Dr. Noosha is such a professional doctor and uptodate in her field. Her years of experience allows her to diagnos correctly and know what’s the right steps to do. She also gives the time to listen to our concerns and spends the time to examen and listen to our children.
As well as being their for my child whenever their sick and making sure their doing well after. We all love her and respect her, such a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you so much Dr. Noosha.

She is truly the best pediatrician out there with a heart of gold. She saved us last night in the middle of night! She is soooooooo caring she always called back on my emergencies! I highly recommend her
