Had a quick 15 minute session with Justin and he was able to pinpoint where my pain was coming from and gently walked me through some exercises. I was skeptical that the one brief session would do anything but within a day I was able to do a neck movement that I hadn't been able to do in months. After a week I noticed I had more range of motion in my shoulder without excruciating pain. Justin's one session gave me more pain relief than multiple physical therapy sessions that I've had. He helped me overcome chronic arthritic hip pain (I was sixty years old) that I had for ten years and had gotten so severe I could barely walk.
