Worst office I have ever delt with! Staff member Amber, who job is to do Prior Authorizations, refused to do one because she said it would be denied anyways. I advised her that it was not her job to make that decision, it was the job of the insurance company(I work for medical insurance company doing Prior Authentications) to make that decision and if they did deny it, I could fill an Appeal. She got upset that I was telling her how to do her job and she told the doctor to drop me as a patient. The doctor never even called me to get my side of the story and dropped me as a patient. Three months later I an dealing with urgent care and ER because I needed to get in to see my doctor and when I called I was told I wasn't a patient anymore. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH OVER AN OFFICE THAT DOESN'T CARE!!!!!

Wow, she is the best. She removed a blood blister growth from my arm and did an amazing job. She is very caring and supportive. She is the best Family Doctor I have known.
