I will say I was a bit apprehensive to bring my son to this urgent care facility because of the not so good reviews but decided to give it a go since it was urgent and around the corner from my home.
My initial thought was that this place
was impeccably clean!
The medical professionals(4)that saw my 8y0 son, were clearly well trained to work with children. They were gentle and respectful towards my child by explaining procedures beforehand, and this definitely put my son at ease. They were professional, kind, and treated my son's health condition effectively. A pleasant experience considering that this was a hospital visit.

I think this place suffers from only having people with bad experiences writing most of the reviews. I’ve been here twice with my toddler, once vomiting with a stomach virus and once with a UTI. They were great, quick, caring, warm, and attentive. We were treated appropriately and given the necessary prescriptions. Insurance and the healthcare system does suck in America, but the people working here care and do a great job.

In my opinion for the first time was soooo great! The pathologist speech language Kristal Tapia was so nice, kind and sweet. She explain everything to me about my child. I want to say thanks to how you talk to my boy. I hope the rest of my time continuing like that. Thanks you.

We had high expectations since we live in the neighborhood and drove by this location countless times. Our two boys were showing symptoms of a cold and had a bad cough. We brought them in and everyone in check in and the nurses that took the vitals were very sweet however, the doctor was extremely unprofessional. She asked who in the house smokes? At first I just replied no one smokes however I didn’t realize she was assuming someone smoked. She then said you all will get sick because you are a family. She checked both of our boys but didn’t give them any medicine besides allergy medicine. I explain to her that they took that before and it didn’t do anything but she didn’t even care. I even showed her what was prescribed to our son the last time he was really sick and she said no. We left feeling like we had just wasted 1 1/2 hours of our time. The next day I took the boys to their regular pediatrician and of course he prescribed them a cough syrup and medicine to use with the nebulizer. This was less than 24 hours from when we saw the doctor at this location. We will not be returning.

Awful experience. I brought my child to the center cause she was sick for 15 days with awful cough and low oxygen! The doctor argued with me the whole time about how not to check her oxygen at home. Meanwhile she can’t breathe. Did not do a chest X-ray and sent her on her way with no meds after I asked for antibiotic and / or sterroid. He denied me ! He doesn’t know my child like I do! It’s unreal. I will never go back there !

Overall it was good however the nurse first nurse I can’t recall her name not so much. She’s there giving me a speech that my 8 year old is too big for suppository when he has a fever of 3.5 and all I care about is bringing it down. He vomits the liquid hence why I asked for suppository he had strep throat and influenza b which was not even put in the discharge papers it wasn’t until another nurse which all the ones I saw after were way Nicer and the last one told me. So please when a desperate mom takes a kid there don’t give a speech they aren’t there for that they are there to get things done and find a solution. My kid just turned 8 he’s still small. Also by the way not sure what the complain was when I was even the one who put it since it looked like she didn’t want to do it which I didn’t care but isn’t that her job? I think I wouldn’t be complaining had I not had her comments bother me. It wasn’t until I complained to the doctor that she brought me the suppository. This is my go to urgent care hopefully this won’t happen again because overall I’ve had good service with others. When parents take kids there they are already worried and stress the last thing they need is bad service they are looking for patience loving care to their kids and solutions.
