Nice clean facility, girls in the front reception are very nice, I asked how long was the wait seemed pretty full, the receptionist told me that it would roughly be about 1 hour or so, wasn't too bad of a wait..the intake nurse was very pleasant, when my daughter was seen doctor was very pleasant and connected with her since she was restless of course like any 5 year old she didn't want to be there but he connected with her and made her feel comfortable. Will be going back whenever the situation calls for it. Thank you to the Team at Next care u all are very professional and compassionate.

I made an appointment online, when I got there was greeted warmly and was sitting in a waiting room less than 10 minutes! The facility was clean, modern and very welcoming! The Physician Assistant that saw me was great! He listened and examined my area of complaint and make a very good recommendation for a treatment program. I was in and out in less than an hour! I will definitely return to the Nogales location if I ever need Urgent Care again!

From the moment I walked in the staff was wonderful. I did sign in before going and picked an appointment time. The waiting was minimal and I was in and out within 40 minutes. The physician was absolutely wonderful and I am thankfully on the mend! Hoping to not go back, but would definitely go back if needed!

From the moment immediately walked in the rep was so nice and friendly, we sat no more than 5 min when they called us the CNA was also so friendly and helpful. The NP that saw her was very thorough my mom 98 years old felt so good the way they assisted her.

Doc that attended me was humorous and very straightforward on his approach to my severe double eyed pink eye! Prescribed me some solid eye drops that started alleviating my symptoms ASAP! Unfortunately I didn’t get the Docs name, BUT THANK YOU!

Excellent patient consideration and the provider I met with I think Dr Richard Hacker took the time to fully listen to every detail of my weird 4 day abdominal pain saga and very rationally /comprehensively explained while also drawing it out in pictures/on a diagram exactly what explained all of my symptoms most likely and exactly what my body needs to get back to baseline. I felt extremely satisfied with my visit Thankyou folks

A great place. Clean and comfortable, but more importantly, a great group of staff. The Dr was an amazing individual, and extremely knowledgeable! I would see the person as my own personal primary Dr I'd I could.
