Dr. O’Neil has been my primary care physician for five years. By every metric I am a much healthier person now than I was five years ago. I have absolute confidence in her abilities and judgment as a clinician. On the diagnostic front she listens and observes carefully. She diagnosed an orthopedic issue that did not show up on an x-ray or ultrasound. Undaunted she pushed for an MRI which confirmed her diagnosis and immediately referred me for corrective surgery. I have been equally impressed with her skills as a health counselor to work towards optimal health through lifestyle and diet. In a medical system that tends to emphasize sick care, Dr. O’Neil refreshingly practices healthcare. Her roadmaps to staying healthy (for example: periodic testing and monitoring of key health metrics, careful listening and feedback, periodic emails with useful information and references, and exercise tips) have been a game changer. Her referrals to specialists have been uniformly excellent. She has been, and is, an exceptional physician.

The overall medical practice of Next Level Care is of the highest caliber. On the one occasion in five years when Dr. O’Neil was not available, her partner in the practice, Dr. Sheeler, stepped in seamlessly (it felt like I had been his patient for the last five years).

Watching these professionals practice exceedingly well at a high level is a joy and much appreciated.

Dr Sheeler & Dr O'neil have been seeing my mother who has severe Alzheimer's disease for the last 2 years. They have been the most caring and understanding medical professionals we have ever dealt with. They have spent many hours researching and implementing medicines and therapies including alternative therapies that other Doctors would never expend the effort to consider. They have done everything possible to slow the progress of the horrible disease my mom is living with. I often reach out to Dr Sheeler in the evenings and weekends expecting not to hear back until Monday but he gets back to me day and night. He is always willing to go over everything by phone, whereas most people these days do anything they can to avoid talking to their clients. Dealing with Next Level Concierge has been a great experience from day 1. I would highly recommend them to any patient looking for an outstanding experience.

He creates a holistic plan to heal from the root cause instead of putting a bandaid on the problem. He is always there to help along your entire healing journey.
