If the appointment before you hasn’t shown up on time (30 minutes after your own scheduled apt) and you show up for yours on time, they will take the late apt first. You’ll have to sit and wait even though you were responsible and showed up on time for yours! Will be finding a new doctor because I don’t have time to wait on other irresponsible people. I have a life and a job to get to.

Since the name, management, and whatever else changed, I can't recommend this office unless for short-term or court-ordered services.
It's been gamefied by the County. Certain words and phrases initiate you being fired. I was warned, but concern for my mental health made me ask using forbidden terms. Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia are a no. Be aware and beware. They accepted adults and now want only the mildly depressed. Good luck to us who suffer. Keep looking...

This place does not help. I’m really not saying this and letting this be known because of some kind of anger at an employee or retaliation reasons or nothing like that. People and parents or any family members who need help with their loved ones who need help mentally and emotionally. My son has been a patient here since he was 12 he doesn’t get the mental help he needs and deserves in life he is 29 now and has still been in the same shape he was in when he was diagnosed with paranoia schizophrenia anxiety disorders. I’ve even tried to help him and talk to him about going to a different licensed psychiatrist to help him live a stable and happy life, but because of this place not helping him with his disability like especially the paranoid disorder or he would have already took my advice to do so. This Newpath solutions has not helped him with his paranoia is so bad he’s paranoid about getting another Dr he thinks the place is gonna put him in jail or he just doesn’t want to talk to someone he doesn’t know I would not recommend this place to anyone

Regina and sarah from butler office are amazing. They are so helpful, prompt and genuinely care about my well being. If it were not for this place... And their helpful, caring nature I honestly might not be here today. To say they have saved my life would be an understatement. ?

The staff in front are great, beware though the doctors treat you like a drugs addict...even when you're obviously not ! I literally left having a panic attack, and they refused to adjust my medicine !!!! I've been left in crisis mode on many occasions and after almost a year of being here, I've had no relief from anxiety whatsoever. Good luck.

I just recently went to St. Joseph to find help for my Four year old son and I can honestly say from the first visit that they are amazing. I already feel relieved and happy to find help help for my son. Their community based help is exactly what I needed for a single mom who barely has time to attends all the therapists for my son. I truely believe they will make a big difference in our life. They were kind, patient, and very understanding.
