I did not have insurance and needed help with a nebulizer didn't have much money and Rachel helped me get a nebulizer for my acute bronchitis. This company went above and beyond to help me get the machine that I needed for my health, and once again I just want to say thank you for helping me. Y'all are the best, if anyone needs any medical equipment I recommend them 100%.

I went here to get my new Bi-Pap machine on January 30th 2024. I made the initial payment that day and set up my payment plan to auto pay each month. The next time I heard from them was a past due notice in May, they were not taking the payments as aggreged. I made the account current and again set up auto pay. I continued to receive bills but I was told to disregard them. I then started receiving past due statements because they still are not taking the auto payment we agreed on. In August I finally got the auto pay set up and they started taking $130 a month. On 11-04-2024 I received a statement that my balance was $2.66. On 11-08-2024 they took $130 from my credit card. I then receive a notice from a collection agency on 12-23-2024 stating that I owe them $68.96 from 11-14-2024. I spoke to Brittany, the office manager. On 12/28/24 I paid them $167 and that paid the account in full. She was supposed to email me a statement showing my account paid in full. As of 01/06/25 I have not received that statement. Today 01/06/25 I received another past due statement for $113.

Please save your loved ones from experiencing this dumpster fire of a company. Ever since I tried this company it has been one excuse after another where no one is willing or knows how to help and getting help is almost non existent. They want to argue price with you even when the insurance carry is on a 3 way call to explain to them what it's supposed to be. This place is like the democratic party where it spews nothing but lies because they don't want to deal with the truth. My first set of cpap supplies took over a month to get to me and I never got another set before they refused to send me anymore after telling me multiple times they would send me some. This place is just a sad joke and you should find a professional company instead that is willing to listen and not be accusatory with their customers and try to help them find solutions to the problems they are creating instead of listening to the insurance provider. Just stay clear of this dump because it will cost you nothing but stress and time when you need medical supplies asap.

From the very first phone contact these folks impressed me. The politeness and knowledge of the woman that I spent time working with by phone was great. The tech that came to the house was friendly and new his business inside and out. Even my dog liked the guy and he hates everyone. Fully recommend!!
