Traveling thru Canada to Alaska, I got a bad cold or bronchitis. We raced across the border to Tok, trying to reach the clinic before it closed at 4:30. It was a holiday weekend and closed early. However, a staffer, Brent Meredith (PA, Nurse pracitioner?) offered to reopen the clinic for us . He called in another nurse and the both were so kind and helpful! We felt bad they gave up their afternoon off to help us. I tested + for covid andwas given medication and reassurance. I can't thank them enough!!

Due to living in a remote area I couldn’t make an appointment. I walked in at 1pm on a Friday with an injured shoulder. Turns out I need to see a specialist and may need surgery. However, everyone there was so kind, friendly and caring. Great care was taken to try and keep me comfortable. They did everything they could to help me. It is an awesome team and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you UTVC Tok for taking such great care of me.
