This urgent care facility deserves a “ WOW Factor”. I went in Saturday 3/15/24 for a rash that had not responded to meds my primary gave me 3 days prior and had gotten worse. They office was extremely clean , pleasant , the front desk receptionist was kind and efficient, the nurse thorough and compassionate and the Dr. top notch , patient , kind , extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Today , Monday 3/17 , I received a follow up call checking on me. Wow , this is true care and excellence. I highly recommend this urgent care facility!

Horrible experience!!!!! Stay Away!!!!!!
Took my son in here about a couple of weeks ago burning a fever and other symptoms left with nothing other than he needs to work through it. 3 weeks later we show up again here because he is sick with the same symptom's and they try to tell us we owe a bill of $135.00 after insurance coverage from the last visit. My wife not knowing what this is for and wants to make sure its correct didn't want to pay that until she could look into it with our insurance and they have the balls to look her in the face and tell her they wont treat our kid unless we pay that. The refused health coverage for our kid and we have insurance they use. I call the front desk and the last back peddles and try's to say at first she didn't say that. Then she finally grows some balls and admits it and says that's there rule. Really $135.00? We have the money but we want to make sure that bill is correct. Yet you feel its ok to turn away a very sick child?

For the management do not respond to this in a corporate manner. This was wrong what you did

Our long time doctor was too busy to see us. NSB urgent care was a blessing!! Such nice people. Short wait and a pleasure to be there! Left amazed at what a good experience it was! Thank you all.

I got in to see a doctor within 10 minutes because no one else was there. They accepted my insurance and I only had to pay $5. The doctor took their time to listen and talk to me. The next day they called to check up on me. I took all my Prednisone pills by accident the next day because I woke up late, put my supplements in the pill container and took all the pills at work. They gave me another prescription at no extra cost the next day when I called. They exceeded my expectation for service and that is notable because customer service seems to be going downhill. I would highly recommend their service.

We just stumbled upon this place through Google search. It is a hidden gem! No long line waiting like the other places and very friendly and helpful staff. Doctor explained plan of care and how past lab result was being used to get the right Rx. I really appreciated the insight. Overall, a great experience and this will be our “go to” urgent care when we need it. It’s a hidden gem!

Took my money, gave no help. Front staff was nice, but then I was spoken down to and told to go to the ER. Left a bit frustrated to say the least. Dr was very unprofessional and makes you feel like a lesser human and judges you on a personal level

The dr. on staff the day of our visit was so personable. He actually came out into the waiting area between his appointments to have a chat about what was going on. Never had a Dr. do that. We were impressed.
Also my husband who was also there with me for a visit (we both had poison ivy) is a veteran and the lady at the front desk gave him a beautiful veteran coin. How cool!
Our nurse was also attentive showing compassion and knowledge to us and everyone who was there.
Great staff and close to home.

We brought our 2 year old here since we were on vacation out of state. The front office staff and the nurse were very nice and personable. When we got back to the room the NP scolded me and said that if my child is feeling fatigue and has a fever then she should be at the ER not at urgent care. It was almost as if she just wanted us to go to the ER and not finish the appointment that I had already paid for. We didn’t know if she had a fever, she felt warm so we brought her into urgent care because we are on vacation not home where I have easy access to medical supplies. She basically said I was risking her life by not going to the ER but she said she would check her out if I wanted. So she checked her ears and while she’s checking her ears, she is shouting over my screaming child “she’s not fatigued, she’s very active! This is not fatigue!” Well she’s two and a stranger with a mask on is putting unknown objects on her, of course she’s screaming and kicking. The last day and a half she has done nothing but lay around and sleep. Very abnormal for a two year old at the beach and sounds a lot like fatigue to me which is why I wrote it down as a symptom. We were sent home with instructions on how to care for sunburn. None of the other symptoms I described such as runny nose, dry cough, and watery eyes were addressed.

Update: we saw our primary care when we got back from vacation, and my daughter had the flu.
