First of all I wish to thank all the people at St Augustine methadone treatment center, Melissa W has been a wonderful resource and a kind non judgmental person, Shanice is the best supervisor they have, I have been through 5 of them, when I started going there I saw no light at the end of the tunnel! I was totally messed up, with no end to the pain, emotional train wreck, and sickness! I had resigned my self to the fact that I would never be normal again. But after sticking with the program and listening to the people and going on my journey I am back to being a normal functioning happy person! I want to thank Crystal, Cathy Deluchia, Brie at the dosing windows, Caroline the PA, and last but not least Valerie!!! You all have changed my life and I love ❤️ you for it!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊💯

Great place to get started and off of them! Doctors are very nice and understandable ….the nurses are nice as well. I’m very comfortable at this clinic and so far so good as I’m doing well! No complaints here!

This place saved my life. I was living in hotel rooms. Pretty bad shape. Ever since I been working the treatment plan, I have gotten clean, my own apartment and my own car. Been working a job steady for over a year. Please take the first step this is a very great clinic. The nurses are all caring and understanding. The counselors care.

I love it here my counselor is awsome... always willing to help me. The nurses care, you can be real w no judgement. Sucks having to go everyday! It's definitely worth your time to check it out. No judgement zone, loving life again!!!

I really would like to Thank my councilor TRISH LOPEZ and KATHY I’m sorry there’s two there now and don’t no her last name I’m so sorry, the Kathy who loves horses lol and to all the rest of the staff. These two women Go over and Beyond their job if they see you want it and are trying, Me and my wife who also is a patient came in off the streets and now where living in our house with our 7 yr old healthy daughter who never had to witness active addiction these two Trish and Kathy will never really understand how they have had such a positive impact on our lives which effected countless others that we were able to be a roll model or help I’m 37 yrs old and have been having an unfulfilling life dealing with addiction, depression and anxiety since my first surgery at 15 yrs old and Trish and Kathy helped me find my own way back to a meaningful life From the Bottom of my Heart Thank You Both Trish, Kathy and the rest of all the great people that work there.

They have been owing me money for 5 months now and you can't even get a hold of anyone on the phone. Every extension you try to get through goes to a voicemail. They sure wanted my money when I was self-paid bugging me to pay every single day but then when I got switched the insurance and now they owe me a hundred something dollars they are nowhere to be found. It's not important when they owe me money but it sure was important when they wanted me to pay them. And on top of that I think I need money a little more than they did.

DO NOT GUEST DOSE HERE!!! It is 19$ for the meds and 25$ JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A GUEST!! Yeah, a GUEST!! So one day for a couple is 90$!! Not to mention how rude and unable to smile the nurses at the dosing window are 🙄 they got some nasty attitudes on them! When we mentioned having insurance she says “ you don’t have money” like we really traveled 400 miles without money 🙄! The lady’s in the counseling rooms and insurance rooms are as nice and helpful as they can be… the dosing window ruined this place. Let’s not forget the extra 25$ your going to pay to be a GUEST ethier.

I have been a patient at New Season for several years. All staff personnel are always polite, friendly and professional. New Season allowed me to live a safer and healthier life due to no longer depending on strangers. I'm much more stable and consistent; no major ups and downs like before.
