This place is incredibly helpful if you are using it for it's intended purpose. The first day I came in there was someone from the insurance company who sat down with me and got me covered for 8 bucks a month so I didn't have to pay the daily 17 dollars. My counselor genuinely cares. I have successfully completed the program twice and I have only seen continued improvement from the staff. I have been to clinics that don't care. This is the exact opposite. Wait times can vary by day and time you go in. They have an automated queue system and there's wifi access. Allow yourself time if possible don't go right before you have to be at work. You might have a urine screen or a counselor meeting or something else that takes a few extra minutes. As hard as it is you have to treat it with the mindset that you would visiting any other clinic. You don't expect to get right in and out of a regular clinic. My average wait time is 15-20min. Sometimes I can be done in under 3min other times I have been in there for two hours. That's definitely not the norm. But again I stress the time you go matters. People work early so if you go right when they open the wait will be longer than if you went at 9 am. Also if you produce clean urine screens you will get take home bottles so you don't have to go every day. While they don't exactly encourage it they don't test for weed so you can smoke bud freely which helps a lot of people in their recovery and still have access to your take home bottles. The program is a godsend I know it's incredibly difficult working with a bunch of addicts especially when a large percentage have no intention of getting better. I'm grateful for all the time and effort the nurses and staff put into this place. The new director sits down with people one on one and really shows he cares about the people who come thru those doors. If you are looking for a way back to a normal life I definitely encourage you to go to this place.

Very helpful staff was all great. I was quest dosing and the first day took awhile due to waiting on confirming my dose but everyone was happy and any staff member that saw me sitting waiting asked if I needed something. Everyone has a smile. Def positive and upbeat. Admission woman was awesome getting me into there system

I've only been here for two year's of my 34 year's of drug addiction and I'm already up to 27 take home bottles I'm coming once a month and the staff and my counselor is my best friend now . I wouldn't have it any other way in my life I'm so glad God lead me here to meet all these beautiful people 🤗💖🙏💯

Overall great clinic! Especially Laura, she really cares about people and works hard to help you stay clean. She is hands down the best counselor I've ever had, and I have been in treatment for years!!!

This treatment center is so bad… LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE! do not go here endless it’s your LASTTTTT Resort. The staff treat patients like literal creatures/ criminals. And they WILL hold the fact that you’re having to use them as a resource for medicine to get better AND will use it against you knowing you are depending on medicine. They are happy in moments when you can’t get what you need. This place is terrible simply getting ppl hooked for money and they NEVER ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAPER DOWN. the nurses are terribly rude and get a kick from making you run in circles around the building everytime you come. All of the staff hate their lives and seem to get a kick out of seeing people struggle.

I can't say anything bad about this clinic. I've been guest dosing here for the past few days, and the first day it took about 20 minutes for them to get me into their system, so I was out of there within 30 minutes. Every other day I've been there less than 3 minutes. One of the best things about this clinic is you can pay right at the dosing window. I've never guest dosed at a clinic that was as organized as this clinic is. Also, all the employees and nurses I've dealt with have been great. So as long as your counselor does their part and gets the paperwork to them, I absolutely recommend guest dosing at this clinic.

I am here in vacation and I have to say my guest dosing experience has been great. The counselor that checked me in was so very helpful. When there was an issue from my home clinic communicating with them, she had so much patience and worked hard to the

This place saved my life!! After I left rehab, I came here to start treatment, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My counselor is the best! She’s listens and talks to me like I’m a person and not just some junkie. She’s help me set Goals and reach them. Dosing is quick and easy, I love the nurses at the dosing windows , the counselors, everyone. Thank you so much! I am now a Business owner and striving to be better than I was yesterday! If you take your recovery serious, and understand that counseling is all apart of your treatment and recovery, not just dosing, there’s nothing they won’t help you and motivate you to achieve. Believe in yourself!
