I started my road to recovery at New Seasons. I owe the counselors and nurses there my life. Ashley was my counselor for 4 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately she had to leave her job there and I was assigned to Winnifred. She was also very good at her job. They were both kind, compassionate and understanding. They both went above and beyond. The nurses there were extremely kind and caring and treated me as a person not just an addict. I have to give special thanks to Ms. Sharon, Princess and Jasmine, they are very dedicated to their jobs and professional. I had to leave New Seasons because I moved out of state and I truly miss it so much, I know everyone can't be happy all the time, but this is a great place. If your sobriety is important to you and you really are willing to work for it, New Seasons staff will help you every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff there and I miss you all. I'm sober over 5 years now.❀

This location needs improvement with the staffing and their attitudes. I personally don't recommend this location as much as I do the other local center as my experience has been alot more positive there. As a former patient here of many years, I have seen efforts to improve but then it continues to decline constantly. I personally was treated very nasty by nurses here as well as counseling staff. I feel there are employees here that are not a fit and really cause the quality of this place to decline greatly!

I have been here 14 years and been clean never failed ua or missed any call back follow all rules . This place has become a understaffed crap whole . The woman doing ua treats people like dirt no respect and very nasty . I haven't had a counselor in months. If you have the means go elsewhere for better treatment. There just getting a pay check and give 2 craps about your recovery

This was a place at one time I thought would be and actually for a short time was a simple way to treat my addiction but over the past few months has turned into a drama filled, unpredictable place of ridicule and judgement. Anyone dealing with addiction knows that being perceived as a junkie is one of the main reasons that most don’t seek help, here you will be looked at, and treated just like that a common street junkie, there is no structure here which is the main thing needed for successful treatment, staff shows up when they want and yet they want the patient to have accountability but cant take it themselves. They’re short staffed because of the hostile work environment they themselves create and then blame it on the patients not understanding that if their routine was persistent alot of upset patients would be more understanding. They’re change their dosing times to meet their own inability to show up to work on time, most places of business that provide a service knows that if you start serving at a certain time you should consider the β€œsetup” time it takes prior, so if dosing hours start at 5am that means be there at 4:30 so you can set up for it that doesn’t mean show up at 5:15 and then set up amd start dosing at 5:30 am. I literally got yelled at and was told to go somewhere else if I cant deal with the constant tardiness because they are β€œtired”

I've been a patient at New Season for 20 years now. 7 at the Leon County location. I've watched things deteriorate for a while now. We have a program director, but one person can't be everywhere at one time. If you're about to start treatment, find another clinic. Everyone is doing whatever they chose and treating people however they feel. I was actually Verbally Abused at the window by one of the nurses. Her name is Octavia, and she yelled at me for 10 mins, loudly, in front of staff and everyone in line. She said my name over and over, so other people started saying it too, just saying mean things. Staff sat by and allowed her to yell at me like she did, and patients to say whatever they wanted. I was humiliated! She's always rude, and doesn't belong working somewhere that is supposed to care about their patients.

I want to start by saying I give everybody at the new seasons clinic on Woodville highway a 5 - one person I give a one to and that persons name is Erica Morris. She is an overseer of the co-pays for insurance as well as making sure patients have valid insurance. She does not do that properly but that's not the biggest issue right now. The biggest issue is how she treats the patients at this clinic. She is blatantly disrespectful ,mean ,unsupportive and extremely negative and this is all the time not occasionally. She always has a frown on her face and she looks like she hates her job and this has been going on for more than a year close 2 years . She has gotten me to the point where I don't even want to come into the clinic anymore because I feel uncomfortable and I always worry that she's going to do something to retaliate and be malicious if I try to stand up for my rights. Multiple people have complained and it has had many people leaving her office in tears. I have filed a grievance I am considering seeking a lawyer . This is not okay
I don't know if she has an issue with patients with addictions or it's a race thing,I don't know what it is but it needs to be addressed. She is making that clinic look bad and I am very aware that she is not hired by the clinic . I know that her supervisor is in Orlando however if she's going to work in New seasons clinic she needs to act kind and understanding and patient and friendly to the patients at this clinic. I truly hope something is done about the way she treats people or she needs to find a different job because clearly she doesn't seem happy in this job. Itis my right to stand up for how I'm being treated and I can tell you there are many people having the same problems I am having with Erica Morris as well Something has to change and something has to give. Thank you and love and light to all...

Coming from a clinic that really was very hateful and they love to install uncertainty and fear . When I turn to N.Seasons clinic I was treated with such compassion and respect as if I am someone deserving of their care. It definitely gave me a feeling of humanity, and when I went to travel, Ashley move mountains for me and I will never forget her. I do say small prayer she will be my new counsel but she did not leave me , she allowed us open channel and she continued with confidence, it means so much! It’s the people who make the clinic and I remain humble πŸ˜‡

New Seasons Treatment has got a great staff.. The counselors there are very helpful.. I look forward every morning to going and receiving my daily treatment! Thank you to the staff at New seasons for offering this service.. MAT is more important than most people know and it’s nice to have professionals that can see through the stigma that can sometimes be Associated with treatment programs like Methadone treatment.. this is a life long process for those of us that are struggling with addiction and without programs like this most of us would not make it out here.. Thanks again.. πŸ‘πŸΌ
