We are so thankful and grateful for ALL the current employees, they often go above and beyond to help my fiancée and me with any and everything (even if it's a random favor). This clinic has saved our lives and we are better people now just knowing you girls; Wanda, Elisha, Cara, and of course our wonderful nurses, Kim and Heather. We truly appreciate all of you again, thanks for being you!

This is a great place if you want to come in and only see 1 nurse and the director (maybe) every time you come in. My first counselor, (Ryan) was nodding off at his desk everyday and then became the acting DIRECTOR because (Stevie) the first one quit or got fired. So once they finally after months of complaints replaced him, Wanda came! She was alone at the office with Elisha who was an intern at the time, and it was just Wanda and Elisha for a good 2 months or so and since then I’ve now had 3 other counselors including even Wanda for a bit because no one else was there and they quit after 2 weeks. So they finally gave me a Telehealth counselor recently because my newest one is out for 3 months and the computer counselor can’t do her job either! Surprise! So be prepared to tell 5 different people the same life story and same facts about your self 5 times whenever your counselor quits or stops showing up. I’ve stood in Wanda’s office and had her tell me my 27 take homes would be approved next time I came in because I have been coming to this clinic for over 2 years I have never once failed a drug screen never once missed an appointment, because if I do it’s a federal guideline that they take away all my take homes and I’m punished!!! but when a patient needs something serious done, they take their good old time and say “ohh oops sorry! Everyone is on vacation and there is literally NO ONE here to talk to about it. I wonder if it’s a federal guideline to have more than 1 staff member in the building at a time? Or a federal guideline to have your counselor and acting director more high on drugs than the patients. I also had to wait almost 2 months for a vacation to get approved because someone just kept “forgetting” to put it in. I previously had 5 stars and I waited as long as I could to change to 1 star. This is unreal, unfair, unbelievable, unprofessional, and you basically are at the same place as operation Par. Good job!!

Elisha is one of the best and most efficient treatment workers I've ever dealt with. The facilities' director, Wanda, is also the best I've known out several New Seasons locations. The nursing staff is great as well. They're as knowledgeable and professional as they come and nothing but helpful with everything!

I'm new to the clinic and the staff here are absolutely the most down to earth ,friendly and caring of any addiction treatment places I've been to. ESPECIALLY KIM and DANIELLE, THE MED NURSES . THEY DEAL WITH A LOT OF UNHAPPY PEOPLE EACH DAY, YET THEY MAINTAIN THEIR COMPOSURE , and ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, SMILING and SEEM to GENUINELY CARE ABOUT the PATIENTS ! THEY DESERVE a RAISE FOR SURE! My counselor is super sweet. They're is almost never a long wait,(OR A LINE AT ALL!) which is great.BTW, THE DOCTOR IS THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH DR EVER. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS ODD 4 a DOCTOR , BUT, THERE ACTUALLY SEEMS TO BE NO STICK UP HIS A$$ (RARE FOR a DR. 4 SURE LOL )Hands down the best treatment center I've been to.

I am so happy that this clinic opened. It’s was a much needed change from the other clinic I went too. Everyone that works there from the nurses to the awesome counselors are amazing!! I feel this place truly cares about your sobriety and not just ur money. The other clinic in town doesn’t offer the happy and positive atmosphere that new season does. I love starting my day off in a great mood with a smile. My advice is if your struggling and can’t quit using come here and if your a patient at OP switch IMMEDIATELY best decision ever!!
