The outpatient treatment program is structured fair and has the resources to support the help needed to maintain a stable recovery and do more than just function if one’s aspirations are more complex.. it’s really on one’s effort and the staff is very helpful and accessible for when needed throughout the process.
Plus it’s very chill for focusing on one’s purpose in being there.

Honestly couldn’t believe how painless it was too get started at New Seasons. I called in desperation and was able to get seen the following day and start my recovery. Literally every person that works there has been super friendly to me. They did not pay me to write this

The staff (counselors & nurses) are 100% friendly and professional. Very clean and secure, NO panhandling or drug deals in the parking lot (new clinic give it time) really really hoping it stays this way. Tesia is an amazing counselor and an overall great person, I knew her when she worked in Tampa as well and believe she is definitely the counselor that you want in your corner. Most counselors in this field act like they are treading water waiting for a better job to come around but Tesia actually cares about her people and her position. Great facility definitely!!

Worst place ever! Depressing setting, rude and unprofessional staff, for the majority working here. If serious about maintaining sobriety and getting assistance with help detoxing off methadone.... This is not the place! Nothing but friction from the day I started detoxing! My sobriety is priority so took steps to detox elsewhere! So with that, thank you new season for simply making this whole process just that much more difficult! The so called head counselor or whatever his title is, "mike" ... Is definitely without any doubt, the main reason for all the drama. He lacks empathy, and talks down to everyone he encounters. Very unprofessional and simply lacks any qualities needed to be in this field. I mean, honestly.. management should look into the matter and consider filling that position with someone more qualified and friendly but just my humble opinion! I promise you, if you were to stand at entry door and do a quick poll asking everyone about their own experience dealing with "mike".... You would have an overwhelming response, all the while just reaffirming and shining a brighter light on the problems at hand. If I had to go out my way to avoid any interaction with "mike" I'm pretty sure you will find many others who did the same!

Way better facility than their Pinellas park counterpart......the staff, counselors, doctor are very professional and do not act like they are better than you and treat you like a person. They are very good at their jobs. it's almost always in and out with no waiting here too(LOVE THAT)!

The Pinellas park clinic was horrible.....they all act like they are better than you and have an attitude most of the time. Its like pulling teeth trying to get them to do anything or even answer the phone. I've seen staff threaten, curse at,belittle patients. One time one of their security guys who was about 6'2 200lbs screamed and threatened to beat a 90lbs old lady for cursing at him. Oh and plan on sitting in line for 30-60mins everyday and a few hours on a holiday there. there's fights almost daily, you'll get asked for money like 5 times before you enter the building (this is everyday mind you). And there's always people nodding out from Xanax right in front of the building.

Long story short this Brandon New season clinic is a million times better than the Pinellas park one and I feel fortunate to be able to transfer here.

Can't review the facility yet, starting this week but 4 stars just because they now have a facility in Brandon and from what I hear it's not too busy. Will edit in future after I start going to see if my review changes after I begin dosing there
EDIT: This is a wonderful clinic, the staff is dedicated and friendly and that really makes a big difference. This is the third New Seasons I have been to and this is my forever clinic. They have true compassion and care about their patients. It is right across from tye hospitals and not busy at all. Never seen more than 3 people in line.
If you are are in Brandon and want to start treatment using Methadone I highly recommend coming here.

I've struggled with drugs for over 20 years been in rehabs, rehabs in jail, rehabs in prison. I've dosed at other clinics. And always was made to feel less than. The staff just hated there jobs and the drug addicts they worked with. So I've had giving up on treatment and than a friend begged me to give New Season Treatment Center a try. And I'm so happy I did. The staff are so wonderful they love their jobs and treat the client with respect. My Counselor is the most compassionate person I ve ever met The Doctor is very passionate about the clinic and the treatment that they offer and believe in it. They have gone above what a Methadone clinic should to help me get my life back together.
