Optical Department... ive been to the department many times. Ive observed Gary's attitude with other veterans in the past and recently personally. He needs an attitude adjustment!!! Not friendly or professional. Needs training. Poor attitude. Grumpy. The other tech in the office, Stacey is amazing!!! Her customer service, professionalism, friendly, is amazing! Should be considered the VA standard. Gary doesn't make you feel welcomed, Stacey does!!!

I’ve gone through four doctors at this clinic as they’ve retired and moved on. Dr. Cheryl Smith Is my latest and one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I’ve had some good physicians and some not so good physicians, Dr. Smith excels and I am so happy and confident in her care.

Guy working in lab dept needs to move to the paperwork dept. You shouldn't be talking to veterans that way you did this morning. Rude and obnoxious, obviously being in the lab with all female nurses got you walking around testosterone overflown with your chest out but you need to chill. Or find a new job. I did not do what I did to be treated like that. The only reason it ain't one star negative is the lady that came and helped me was very professional and nice. Unlike you bud.

This facility doesn’t have a sharps disposal for Veterans to use. I don’t understand the reasoning to not have one. I asked at the clinic and they even said they didn’t know why either.

Immediately when I try to sign in at front desk, I approach (As I’m supposed to)I’m here to check in she cuts me off mid sentence and yells, someone will be right with you in a very rude classless tone, rather explain her computer is down. in BEHAVIORAL HEALTH 1. First and last time here. Not putting up with this already. Enough problems on the West Coast to have to put up with the trash here in the south. Contacting patient advocate. I moved from TX to Fl and the transfer was incredibly easy. its called state to state transfer and i went to the VA, no appointment necessary. they gave me a new pcp, made my appointment, and transferred all of my records over. got labs done, eye appointment ,dental and everything you need this facility is gorgeous and the people are so nice... they made my anxiety zero range . i thought it was going to be hectic. I am so glad I was wrong. they are clean and so organize, everything is easy to find.
