I'm posting a new review here as a sort of open letter. For the ~3 years of ADPC as it was, I felt for the first time in my adult life that I actually had healthcare. I can't overstate the significance of this. Marcy and Tracy are the best. Dr. Adams is an excellent doctor who took the time to comprehensively review my health needs, understand my situation, and engage with me as if I were an intelligent detail-focused person who deserves a stake and input in my healthcare decisions.

It sure sucks to lose that. Doc, should your new pursuit not work out in the long term to be the cash-flush, less-gruelling thing it seems to be now, please email, call, send smoke signals - I'd stand in line overnight like people did outside Apple stores in 2010 to be a part of ADPC 2.0, and I know I wouldn't be alone. I realize patients like me weren't the most profitable (or the least PITA - probably far from it) but you did us a whole lot of good. Thanks for all of it!

THE BEST!!!!!! Dr. Adams listens to every single concern you have and provides the best care going forward. Follow-Up appointments don’t feel rushed and neither do routine appointments. I love the way he communicates with his patients. He is so welcoming. Marcy is the kindest!!! I love her personality and sense of humor. What an amazing team to in Auburn. I get excited to go to the doctor. Wait times aren’t long and he provides refreshments. You instantly relax when you walk inside. Judge free zone. I love it here!!!! NEVER going to anyone else. I’ve recommended him to just about everybody! Thanks for everything Dr. Adams and thank you Marcy for always being a ray of sunshine!!!!

I cannot stress how amazing this practice is! As a trans man, it is incredibly difficult to find medical care that is not only affordable, but reliable. Doctors who listen and know what they're doing are incredibly difficult to come upon, but both Dr. Adams and Ms. Marcy are wonderful! I feel safe every time I walk through those doors, and every time I receive care, I feel heard and respected. Dr. Adams is perfect, and I am so thankful that I stumbled upon his practice. If you are trans as well, or any minority or person that has had trouble with doctors or medical care in the past, I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough. They really have saved my life when it comes to my health, which is so important right now, and especially in the south! 🙂

Dr. Adams and Marcy are awesome! They are kind and genuinely caring. There's nothing like walking in a Dr.'s office and being called by name. Dr. Adams takes his time and talks through anything you need. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Marcy is kind a cheerful and settles any uneasy feelings from the time you walk in the door. So grateful they're in Auburn!

I absolutely love Dr Adams and his staff! He listens and really is always there not matter how big or small the illness. He has many ways to contact him directly and at Auburn Direct you as a patient are heard and your voice does matter! He gives you facts and helps you get your health back on track. It is so refreshing!

I wish I could give Auburn direct care MORE than 5 stars. Being in my freshman year of college and in a new city, Dr. Adams and Ms. Marcy have made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had same day care and the services are top notch. They are absolutely the best doctors I’ve ever had. I no longer fear going to the doctor. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants excellent care!! They truly care about me as an individual. I cannot say enough good things about this place! ?

Dr. Adams and Marcie are so nice and welcoming. The office is so nice and clean. I needed a primary care physician immediately and I didn't have to wait a month to be seen like most Dr offices. This place and these people are truly a godsend. I want to thank them for everything today,a truly great experience.

There aren't enough adequate adjectives to describe Dr. Adams, Marcy, and Tracy. After flip flopping doctors in the area for years and always feeling like another number in a queue, I have finally found a doctor who takes time with patients and listens. After my first appointment, we had a plan in place to address areas that needed attention. I haven't felt this great in years, and I firmly believe it's because doc took the time to actually listen to me. When they have openings for patients again, run; don't walk. You will not regret the decision!
