I get my oxygen supplies from these wonderful ppl. It is one of the scariest feelings in the world, to not be able to breathe and having oxygen at all times is important. I don't know how many times Leslie, Brittany and the rest of them have gone above and beyond.i absolutely love these ladies with all my heart. Having COPD stage 4 end of life is bad enough, but at least I know they really care. And I know that I have a company I can depend on. If you have a need for medical equipment etc... then this is the place to go. Stay away from the other place in town, especially if u really want customer service. I can't say enough about the staff at New Horizons Medical Supply in Saint Mary's Georgia. There was an issue with my sleep apnea machine that prevented me from downloading the sleep log (which could have resulted in a bad situation for my work). Alex and his team bent over backwards to get me the report (which another business was either unable or unwilling to help me with), which took some effort on his (and their) part. They treated me like I was a valued customer, treated me with so much care and consideration, I walked out of there with so much stress gone that I can't even begin to describe it. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I would recommend to anyone and everyone to use this company who values great......no amazing customer service!!!
