I am still waiting g on my shoes got fitted for them in March, I was told it would be 4 to 5 weeks. I have called them every day since April 25, only to get the answer machine "Deedri can not come to phone, I've left messages and no reply more than 3 months WHY DONT YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE MOST UNSATISFIED

Have purchased two pair of specially molded orthopedic shoes, the staff explained the process while making the molds and fitting my feet. Great looking styles and the fit when the shoes came in was awesome ! The delivery time was much quicker than I expected. I wish I could rate these folks at 10 stars. I highly recommend NEW HOPE. Thanks again.
